Service Department was very friendly and kept us in the loop. BIG KUDOS to Albert Horton. Very professional and kept us informed the entire time our camper was in the shop. We will be returning as customers just to keep in touch with our Service Rep. Very friendly and professional!

I am a Good Sam member. I wanted to stop here to replenish my water and dump my tanks. Which is part of the Good Sam membership services. This Store has neither of these available. This is the first Store I stopped at that has failed me. If your headed toward vegas, Camping world in Reno and Vegas do no have water or dump stations either. Vagas does no have overnight stays. Reno Does have overnight stays.

We bought a Coleman trailer brand new with warranty 3 years ago. Everything is literally falling apart at the seems and we do all preventative maintenance required for good up keep.
We tried to get help with warranty from camping world but they literally just tried to glue stuff back together and cover up the crappy Coleman build quality.
It's very frustrating to pay so much money and watch it crumble away .
My recommendation for anyone buying a trailer. Research research research and don't listen to salesmen.

The one in Medford was nice, but the website needs to make sure that it gets what RVs are at what dealership I saw a certain RVs that I were wanting to look at and they were supposed to be in Medford turns out they were in Phoenix, y'all need to fix that!

If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. Camping World off of Chevy way in medford is an amazing place and thanks to Lane Works I am getting my forever home, on my new property.

We bought a 2018 motor home. Our salesman was Lane Works and he was great. Very informative and helpful. He has been good to keep us informed about a windshield replacement and making sure all the financing went well. Returned our calls promptly. He was polite and very respectful. We would highly recommend him for all your RV needs. Everyone we dealt with buying our RV at Camping World in Medford, Or. was wonderful. Thank you Lane Works!

Excellent service and communication. We had a backup camera installed on our 1998 Mini Winnie and our furnace serviced. Albert was fantastic at communicating with us throughout the process. I also love the ability to check our work order status online. We will definitely continue to come here for service!
