UNBELIEVABLE, My car didn't drive me home but it was like having a Jet that got me home. They fixed ALL my issues as asked for, from (light)engine to steering wheel and tires. SUPER., Charlie and his crew made it all happened..C T Garage was extremely professional, did notified all before and with their expertise made it all PERFECT.

I talked to Charles on the phone two times about getting my truck in, and both times he was snarky and rude. Starting out rude to your customers only indicates you don’t care about the work you’re doing and won’t be paying attention to detail. I told Charles that I won’t be taking my truck to his shop because of his rudeness. I would pay 2x more for a better experience

This guy Charlie has no respect for his customers and he rip off alot of people man. Bro you'll rip what you sow. He try to charge me $1400 to change my radiator and I went the next very business day and get my car back. Glad I did cause I found someone who did it for me for $400. Please do your research first before you go to this shop. I wouldn't go there if I were you.

Wouldnt reccomend for anyone trying to get something fixed as soon as possible, Called about a week ago to get something fixed on my car told him money is ready to be spent called back a week later for an update and charlie couldnt even look into it. They need more hands at this shop because apparently the ones they have are full.

It's a shame but I took my car there many times for a few years and spent a lot of money and everything always seemed fair. The owner however, upon the last time we did business, mis quoted me and it was much more than I could afford and it really caused me some problems in my life and I explained to him tha t he was wrong (which he was), but he would not hear about it and he would not budge and I told him I would pay it when I got the money which I did, and I would never be back because of this dispute and he said that was fine with him. (Anybody using logic would have written off the measley few $100 that I couldn't afford And he would have taken the original quote that he told me originally and he would still have me as a customer. Glad i found a new more reasonable mechanic. I've heard of him being uncool recently to a friend who takes his car there also, it ended badly. So that is why i'm even writing this. Drop the ego. Keep your customers.

I took it to a different shop and they just changed some caps around, codes cleared and they sent me on my way. One week later, same issues arise. My car barely made it to CT Auto as they were closing. Charlie stayed late to run codes and get me on his schedule. I ended up having multiple things wrong with my car that the other shop chose not to find. He was very technically detailed in his explanations of the issues and repair that needed to be done and my car was ready the day he estimated it to be done. Being a female, I always wonder if im being taken advantage by mechanics but I got a great feeling from Charlie right way and I'm happy with his work and my experience was very positive! Whoever I spoke to on the phone had a pretty condescending tone with me because I didn’t know how to explain what was wrong with my car. If I was a car guy I wouldn’t be calling a mechanic. I hung up before the call was even finished.
