Had a problem with the seat back stuck forward in our new Telluride. This happened while on vacation from Wisconsin. Called the service department about possibility of looking at it. Terry, in service, and his entire staff couldn't have been more helpful. Took care of the problem within a hour of us getting there and were back on the road. Can't express how grateful we are for their friendly, professional help!

Very courteous, professional and friendly. I had an appointment and they were ready for me right on time. Everything was explained to me. I couldn't believe how fast things were done. From the moment I contacted Kia Medford, the communication was superb. No matter who I spoke with, everyone kept everyone else updated, worked with me to secure the car we wanted and we couldn’t be more happy. I have taken my car to a Kia dealership ever since the day I got it. I have been a satisfied customer up until last year when I took it in for the 90,000 mile tune up. Where they replaced spark plus, wires and supposedly air filters. Found a few months later when my husband went to look at them and found them so extremely black and he spark plugs were not only black, they were crispy. Unless it is a recall, I will be taking my car somewhere else.
