Hyundai Medford definitely deserve more than five stars. Yesterday Alberto the service advisor, definitely went above and beyond for me. I called in on Monday, because I remembered I had an upcoming appointment in October. And as usual I'm late for everything. He said it was 3 days ago and when I asked him " do I have to wait another month to get in"? He gently replied. No!we can get you in on Tuesday or Wednesday. So I said Tuesday. Now people bear with me. I then asked him if I could get a ride to work? and again, the answer was, sure we can!! I would be able to get a ride if I came at or around 830am and 9 am. Which was perfect because I had to be at work at 9:30. At 8:54 I called and said I'm running a little late , do you think I can still get a ride. And again the answer was ( well he had already left , but I'll see what Iwe can do.) However I missed my opportunity to get a ride from the bus or whatever they offer there. And to my surprise when I get there. He ordered me an Uber. which I thought was very nice and unexpected. So also one more thing . I'm just bring it in for an oil change and they ended up rotated my tires and fixing the recall on my Anti-Theft. So thanks a bunch Hyundai Medford for getting things done. " They took care of me" I dropped my car before work and I got to pick it up after work. so thank you Hyundai Medford team fo kicking butt and getting things done. In a timely manner.....

This was the best experience my husband and I had ever had at a dealership. Logan and Esteban were both so great and helpful plus super patient. They really looked out for us, and what we were looking for in a car, and found us an amazing deal in an amazing car. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience here. I was looking for a PHEV Tucson and had an email chain going with Roy. He had a 2023 model coming in and let me know. I came in and was introduced to Calvin by Roy. Calvin is a great person and seems to really care. He made me feel that he really wanted me to get exactly what I wanted. The process went very well with some additional help from Dave. Adrian was a great financial guy! He really knew his stuff but didn’t pressure us into anything. Calvin has STILL been helping me after the purchase with getting some super small cosmetic issues taken care of in a quick manner. Thank you all!

My recent trip to Hyundai left me thoroughly impressed. Logan's friendly approach made browsing their diverse car inventory a pleasure. With options ranging from stylish sedans to robust SUVs, they cater to various preferences. Logan was very knowledgeable and answered my questions without pressure, and the comfortable facilities were a nice touch. While minor communication glitches did occur, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

I had the best car buying experience yet at Hyundai last weekend. My husband and I had been talking for a week or two with Calvin prior to even stepping foot on the property and when we got there, we could tell he listened to what we were looking for and had a couple different options ready for us. The test drive was smooth, and the process was too. Megan in the finance department was also great, although being pre-approved, we ended up leaving with a better deal than we could have imagined! Thank you both for making the process a joy!!

Poorly operated , no organization at all and ask lots of questions about any used car you buy from there, they failed to tell my mom about things that were wrong with her car before she purchased it. In my opinion she didn't get good information on the car, other than it was run through service and is good to go, causing her to not be informed well enough to make a informed decision on the purchase. Check all electronic stuff inside.

I have bought 2 vehicles here over the past 9 years and up until they changed from Butler Hyundai the service is not what it should be. Last year and a half it takes almost 6 weeks to get your car serviced even a simple oil change which used to be able to schedule in a weeks or less. Don’t sell lifetime service work if you can’t give faster and better service. My last oil change was incomplete and had to go back since they left my cabin filter was left in my passenger seat and didn’t complete the job. Considering going to a different Dealer like Toyota for my next car this summer they still give same day services.

Went to the dealership wanting to get into a vehicle that would work best for my growing family and be perfect for lots of in town driving due to my job. Tristan set me up in a vehicle to test drive and he worked with my very busy schedule and having to reschedule. He was super reliable and informative. ? will be recommending to all my peers!

Bought a palisade brand new in 2022. My first issue was a recall, wasn’t a big deal. When they went to look they found the radiator was cracked. They didn’t have loaner vehicles so I had to rent a car, no big deal IF you have a credit card to pay for everything upfront, they reimburse you later. Mind you my car is just over a year old and I live over an hour away. Second issue is it started shifting harder than normal and developed a leak. Now I bought a brand new car so I had a reliable daily for the kids and I, as well as a warranty. I call the dealership to make an appointment. The receptionist tells me they’re booked out almost two months, so I ask what if my car breaks down prior? She says, well you have road side assistance, you’ll have to call for a tow. So I ask, can I take it to a shop that can get me in sooner? I live in a rural area and don’t really want to end up stranded with three kids 5 and under. She says yes, it just won’t be covered by us. The whole reason I bought this car was for reliability. So far there’s been a cracked radiator that took around 2 months to order parts and fix, a recall or two, and now this in just over one year of ownership. For the rental I had to pay every penny (over $700 a week) and then file a claim and wait for reimbursement. At this point the customer service has been subpar and I’m ready to trade it in and take my business elsewhere. We put nearly half down and showed up prepared to purchase to make the process as pain free as possible. Not that impressed

This was a rocky start however Calvin, Dave and Mark redeemed my opinion of this dealership. I drove over from brookings on a Sunday to see the JGC Summit diesel, however it was not available like I was lead to believe due to a backorder part on a recall for this vehicle. Dave took my husband and I to at least look at vehicle and gave the back story. Dave advised when fixed he would have someone drive it to brookings for me to test drive. Calvin, home with a sick child, kept me informed as to what was going on. Wednesday the JGC was fixed and on Thursday I didn't want to wait and drove back to medford to test drive. Dave had it washed, detailed and ready for me to test drive. I absolutely loved it. Very comfortable ride and had lots of bells and whistles. Dave, being the GM took time out of his very busy day to go on the test drive with me. When we got back I was very willing to proceed and Dave set me up with Mark to get paperwork going on both my trade in and JGC. I was already pre-approved before coming to the dealer and Megan in finance found me a better deal and with more coverage. I was overall very pleased with my visit and the treatment I received from all I encountered while there. Very happy customer.

Kudos to Jordan Bellon for making my car purchase experience a thoroughly pleasant transaction! He called me within minutes of me initiating the process through the Costco Auto Program, and the next day I went to the dealership for a test drive. Jordan had the car ready and running, and after a quick drive, we sat down to do the numbers.I sure appreciated Jordan's friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Several times he assured me he was there to do whatever he could to find the deal that was best for me. Even when I had questions or didn't understand the financials, he went through the information again, presenting my options with patience and attention. There was no haggling, no condescending behavior. Within two hours, the car was mine!I felt like a valued client at the dealership. The finance manager (Megan?) was a delight to work with--the paperwork was so easy!--and Mike (Jordan's associate) was able to share his positive experience of being an owner of a Venue, too. The newly renovated showroom and offices were beautiful; clean and modern. Overall, it's a relaxing environment.Generally, buying a car can be a tense and anxious experience, right? Most may have at least one story to share. But working with this team? Wow, they rewrite the script. Thank you!

I bought my Santa Fe from Hyundai Medford in early March. I had been communicating with Jordan over the phone in the days prior to me picking up the vehicle. Jordan was very attentive to my questions, very polite, and made me feel welcomed.Most of the details of purchase were worked out by Jordan before I even arrived at the dealership. Once I was there, I had completed the paperwork and had the keys in my hand in less than an hour. My experience was smooth.
