My very first time shopping here just a couple weeks ago and I was thrilled to find they had big and tall clothes at very good prices. I'll be visiting this store again!

I have visited a few different Burlingtons over the years in different cities. This store is a smaller one. They also seemed to have changed after Covid and our issues with China. The large selection of items has decreased, and it seems so have some of the deals you would find. I still enjoy stopping in every few months to see what's new.

They have good finds. But make sure you don't need to use the restroom! They won't allow their customers to use them. You have to leave the store.

Their fitting rooms are closed except for weekends. They don’t notify you of this so you only find out after you’ve chosen a bunch of clothes to try on. There’s a small sign in the very back of the store. Yeah.. so no warning whatsoever. I wasted about 30 minutes in here and I can’t even spend my store credit because all I wanted was clothes! Why can’t they just put a sign out front, have the greeter tell people, or make the waiting rooms self-serve? They completely disregard people who work weekends and can only shop on weekdays. I live in Ashland too so I can’t just take the clothes home, try them on, and return them easily. Ridiculously unfair policy and very inconvenient, I won’t be shopping here anymore.

I have always loved Burlington. Last week when I was in to do some shopping I needed to use the restroom. There is a big sign now customers can no longer use the restrooms. I had to hurry not able to complete my shopping and go find a restroom. The cashier said he could give me a key but another cashier said corporate office said no customer use. So I left and went over to TJ Max where I was able to use the restroom. I'm in my 70s so I can't always wait a long time for a restroom. So disappointed in the way the company is handling the use of the restrooms. It can't be the lack of employees to check the restrooms because when you walk in there is an employee just standing there greeting people and taking the shopping basket when they leave.

Be careful when you go in there. I was looking for a workout jacket and ended buying more than I went in there for. Lol ?Seriously, it's a great place to shop for high end clothing for pretty low prices. I highly recommend!

I love this location. The employees are helpful and the location has a great variety to shop in every department.

Used to love Burlington, but now being the only clothing store in our area that doesn't allow you try things on before purchasing, I don't shop there anymore.

Bought my girl a pair of heeled boots for a decent price of 20 bucks... I'm not an expert on women's shoes but I would have easily paid 60 bucks for the same shoes somewhere else.

It's supposed to be a coat factory, and once upon a time it was. If you are a woman, or a young kid, you'll find a good selection. If you are an adult male, forget about. Nothing good there for you. It's a shame. Used to be a great company.

Typical discount department store. Clean and friendly service. The shoppers there seem to be on a mission and stayed in the zone while searching through the available apparel.
