The guy on the phone was very nice and helpful, I think his name was Don. He was the only redeeming part of this store lol. When I went in the guy that was at the front was not helpful at all. Didn’t answer my questions and I felt like I was pushed under the rug. I waited for awhile to talk to the showroom consultant and when the lady finally was able to help me she just sent me on my way with a brochure. Not really sure how they expect me to make a big purchase like this without even seeing pictures of the products? Not a fan of this place at all. Did not make me feel valued as a customer.

Jaynie Mackay was REAL RUDE. Instead of talking to me like a professional, she decided to hang up on me. What kind of people do you hire that does that? I know that her being unprofessional like that can do a lot of damage to the businesses reputation. Maybe I shouldn't refer your services to any of my friends and family. I'd suggest having her take a course in business professionalism.

Once again, Budge-McHugh saves the day! I couldn't find what I needed at the big box stores, and they found what I needed at Budge-McHugh. If you need any sort of plumbing item, this is a terrific resource in southern Oregon.

Wife bought a toilet bowl and tank. She was told that they were sold together but when she purchased them, they were rung up separately. Turns out, we only needed the tank, so she called to inquire whether she could return the bowl. She was prepared to be told "no" but wanted to double check since they were sold to her separately. Snotty English-accented "customer service" woman, proceeded to lecture her on how she was told they were only sold as a pair. A simple "sorry, we cannot take back only the bowl" would have sufficed. Save your condescending lectures for your children.
