What can I say? These guys are amazing! We were on a road trip and had car issues in Medford on our way to Crater Lake. They were the 4th mechanic we visited. All the shops were so busy due to the July 4th holiday and told us they wouldn't be able to get to us for a week
John listened to me and was able to fit us in! They did amazing work considering they had to order our part from out of town.
Talk about fair pricing. The final job came in at $100 under the quote!! They also provided a courtesy shuttle and took us back to our hotel.
Everyone was so friendly, especially Ricky, our shuttle driver who dropped us off and picked us up. He gave us a great history of Medford and recommended a few sites. Five stars, for sure.
If you are looking for a fair, honest mechanic, stop looking and come here!!

Every time I've been to Bob Thomas I've received the best care possible. Especially since I need to utilize the shuttle for transport back home to wait and then back to get my car they have wonderful service. Everyone I've met has been very kind explanatory and obviously they're professionally skilled because my car runs better now. And has in the past when I've used them.
Would I use them again absolutely!!!

Stopped here because someone recommended them. I needed some blinker and back lights replaced. Not only did they fix my lights but put back a bumper that I messed up slightly.These guys were down to earth, sweet and did things that others might not have.I would recommended them to anyone!!!And I never give out ratings, they were definitely top notch to receive one!!!!!

Had my car towed in today to check for rattle noise.Talked with Brian on phone...said it would be 85.00 diagnostic fee.Loren called said it would be 1400.00 to make repairs.Unable to afford that today I picked up car and was charged $163.50??????? No repairs done!!!!!!!I'm a woman...go figure.. the added cost that was Not OK.

I went to Lithia Honda and was told I'd need to leave my car overnight, and the diagnostic charge was $178. I said no thank you and drove over to Bob Thomas. My turn signal bulb was replaced in 10 minutes for FREE.

I have been taking both of my vehicles (two prior vehicles and two current ones) to Bob Thomas Automotive for at least 10 years (maybe longer), having everything done to both cars from routine maintenance to new transmission installation. The service personnel, both office and hands-on folks, have always been courteous and attentive to our needs and have gone out of their way on occasion to accommodate us on special circumstances. If we did not have extreme confidence in the service we've received, and expect to receive in the future, I would not be writing this review!! The only reason I will rate the business with 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that no one is perfect, so I'll give them a 4.9 stars!!!
