Me and my wife came in to find a trailer for our grand son,, we met with Chad Hunter and had the best experience we have ever had. He wasn't pushy and didn't try any of the old sales tactics. What's a great experience.They were great!!!!

Chad Hunter was my rep. He was very responsive to inquiries and has stayed with it even after the purchase. Also, the parts and service team were great during the walk through and inspection process. I drove over 500 miles to get my trailer and it was “as advertised” when I got there meaning, no surprises. Great job everyone!

I found the travel trailer I was looking for online at blue compass rv website in Medford or. I reached out and Chad Hunter was the one who assisted me with all my questions. After all his help we made the trip to Oregon to purchase. He made the experience easy and pleasant and I would 1000% recommend him to anyone I know looking for an rv!!

My wife and i recently purchased a trailer from this rv dealer, a east to west alta. We weren't in the market but decided to stop by and take a look due to holiday sale they had going. Our salesman, Tony , was remarkable. He took the time to show us several units on the lot and even some offsite at a different location. There was no pressure at any time and we stayed beyond closing time on a holiday weekend without rushing us. He was a pleasure to work with, if I'm ever in the market again i will see Tony for future purchases.

We were shopping RVs all over the Rogue Valley and the internet. We looked at Blue Compass RV and met Chad Hunter. He happily show us many options. He was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs, wants and dislikes but we were not ready to commit at that point. About a week later he followed up with us, called and said I’ve got something you might want to look at. He was right! He found the RV to fit our needs/wants! He help us close the deal on a brand new 2023 motor coach and we are so happy. Chad and the finance team at Blue Compass RV have been great to work it. Inventory is changing all the time. I highly recommend you work with Chad because he does honestly work for you.

We worked with Michael in the Sales Department and Talon in the finance Department. Michael was great in communicating with us even on his days off and giving us the right information we needed and our best options. He helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for at the moment and took his time to walk through with us. Talon got the job done. He was very thorough and made sure we were taken care of. Blue Dog worked with us on our timeline and we are so grateful for that. They looked over every inch before handing us our keys and made sure if necessary it was covered or in the perfect shape. Thanks again!

Update: got trailer back after them having it a total Of 10 months. Took trailer home and 4 months into it the trailer wrap is coming off, panels popped out of the staples, wrinkled and bubbles wallpaper all over, bubbles in the ceiling through out trailer wrinkled vinyl on fireplace, bathroom door won't latch closed shower surround coming off wall, three bulging areas now after moving the trailer. Rubber in seams outside popping up and coming off, water leaking inside trailer when rains! Under carriage coming down with globs of foam/rubbing bulging out. I was told they changed their name to blue compass from Blue dog rv so they can delete all the negative reviews they have. Took trailer back to service sept and They now are shipping my Trailer back east to the manufacturer because it has to be rebuild. The structure isn't sound which was causing the bulges by 1x 6's. Three different ones. Bed room door frame shifted. People in the office said "this trailer is a piece of sh*t"! Their words..... I've had this trailer Making 350.00 a month payments for 1.5 yrs. NEVER have I been able to used it and they have had it 11 months plus after contacting the manufacturer they are shipping it back east for repairs because the service dept submitted for over 20K of work needed to be done. So now they will have it over 3 months and I'm still having to make payments! Blue compass/dog makes tons of money on these broken trailers! DO NOT GET CONNED buying a trailer there! OrAny broken trailer needing repairs before u buy'!

Paid $900. for tracking but when RV was stolen they did not have serial number on paperwork. Now we are homeless.

We purchased a 2021 Forest River Alta East West travel trailer fromBlue Dog RV in Medford Or March 2021 and they sold us a theft tracking device for 900.00$. They didn't complete the paperwork with the device serial number on it and our trailer was stolen this weekend in Tonopah Az. We now have no way of using the tracking system since we don't have the serial number. They have sent us the purchase order and the contract number but Zach in the finance department didn't complete the paperwork correctly so now not only are we out of a 35,000$ trailer but the 900.00$ they took from oUs. Please please do not purchase anything from them. They're horrible and customer service is in the sewer hole...

once I finally get my fifth wheel trailer back from Bluedog repair I will certainly find another repair shop to deal with. The trailer has been in the shop since May 1st and still there and it's now June 8th. Always an excuse of why it isn't repaired. The service rep. seems to always have an excuse of why it isn't completed. He even had me call the manufacturer instead of himself. The key to sucess is communication and he certainly doesn't know that. Never again Bluedog!

Purchased a trailer from blue dog in 2022, loved the purchasing experience however the assembly of the trailer was poor. Our trailer is brand new and multiple pieces have broken and fallen off. We purchased a very expensive extended warranty and can’t seem to get any of the work done! We had our trailer in for warranty work 8 months ago, they needed to order a part, and 8 months later still no phone calls or replacement parts. No point in having a warranty if you can’t get the work done! Getting rid of our trailer and the useless warranty!

Bought a 2021 Entegra Coach from this shady place. At first they seem like a great company, until they get you to sign the paperwork. They sold me a motorhome that had the catalytic converter missing. They never even mentioned that someone had stolen it the night before I was set to come purchase the vehicle the next day. That is just ONE issue, there are many, many more. They told me they would replace the catalytic converter and have their white city location weld a new one in. Sounds good, huh? When I received my vehicle back and upon checking the catalytic converter, whoever did the weld job apparently has never taken a welding class. I ended up taking the unit into a Ford dealer myself. Ford reported to me that the catalytic converter was NOT done properly, and that the weld job would never pass in any state requiring smog certification. Bottom line I would NEVER trust this company or the people who work for them. They literally waited for me to sign the sale paperwork before I ever knew the catalytic converter was missing. Save your hard earned money and shop somewhere else.
