I bought my elderly father a manual wheelchair from these guys. Chair is defective and pulls to the right constantly. They will not take it back or fix it. They keep saying it’s fine, but it’s not. They have been rude and very unhelpful from day 1. Stay clear of these guys.

Equipment was falling apart. The wheelchair was horrible. I was basically sitting on the bar underneath. When asked for a different one a week later they said it was all they had. And when I returned it they tried to blame me for it having a stripped screw that wouldn’t hold the chair together. Hence why I called to request a different chair. The lady at the front counter was unfriendly and Ride. The owner seemed nicer and could see I hadn’t done anything to the chair. She seemed to realize this had already been a problem. If they ever hire a new front desk person and update their equipment I’d be willing to try them again.

Always some kind of problem keeping my diabetic supplies filled and delivered. I get delivery cause I work 40hrs and take care of my disabled mom so they just stopped coming cause I need to fill out 1 paper and I can't fill it out when they deliver. I think is wrong.

Horrible experience. Find any other place to shop for your product. Staff is unfriendly, rude, and completely uninformed of products. WATCH OUT FOR RETURN POLICY… they say they inform you, but they don’t!!Stay away from this business.

Never shop here. Unfriendly even rude staff with little or no knowledge of products. Also, watch out for their return policy! They will swear they told you about, for instance, a 24 hour return policy on a walker. That was never mentioned to me until I tried to return a brand new walker because it was too tall for the patient. NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE. I was told they could not resell the walker and it would have to go to the dump. DO NOT SHOP AT BLACK OAK HOME MEDICAL

Beware! ? Do NOT shop here. Find an alternative. Southern Oregon Home Medical, or Amazon - even Walmart pick another store, but don't use Black Oak. This store just need to close down.

I would give them a negative star if it was available. Placed order and was told they carried all the brand name supplies, When the order arrived one of the items had been substituted with different brand even when they do carry the that name brand that we ordered. Replacement item did not work. Their response was that they are all the same. She obviously has never needed a specific item, would not attempt to reorder what we requested.
Then on the back end of the transaction, I went in to the office to pay the bill. THEY DO NOT TAKE HSN CARDS. My question is, if you are a medical facility, why do they not take the medical payment cards, that is technically cash.
BTW...THEY DO NOT DELIVER, and customer service is terrible, non compassionate, uncooperative and down right rude.

Every month is a hassle, trying to get my diabetes supplies. No one takes notes when I call so no one else knows what I need when I call back. First they tell me I have to fill my insulin with them to get the syringes, then they say no, its the test strips and lancets. Now, I am out of my LIFESAVING syringes AGAIN, and I am on hold with the Doctor office, wasting another morning dealing with incompetence.
