After looking everywhere trying to get some help and given the brush off I was glad to stumble on this place. Jesse was awesome and took the time to take a thorough look at my car. He did not mind getting dirty and taking a good look at everything on my vehicle. He was a straight shooter and gave an honest estimate that reflected the amount of work needed. Highly recommended and worth the time spent finding this place. Giving the customer service that should be expected. I know where I am going from now on.

Rollin and Jesse are the best in town for body and mechanic stuff now too. My whole family has been bringing them our cars for a decade now. Never even look anywhere else. Good, honest folks.

Old boy was really busy but swuezzed us in there and mounted n balanced 4 tires on our wheels for a smokin deal 50.00 bucks !!! Most places charge 25.00 a pop

TL;DR: A GLOWING REVIEW AND PRAISE FOR BIGGER HAMMER AUTO BODY. UNBEATABLE RESULTS, HONESTY AND PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. A+ 10/10 highly recommended! I wish there were more stars to give!Roland and his protegé Jesse did MAGIC on my car. The sanding job is phenomenal. The re-alignment of parts were flawless. I looked around forever on who I can trust with the job and didn't cost a ton of money and I decided on Bigger Hammer.The second best price I got was DOUBLE what Roland quoted me but just look at the result (see before and after pics). The workmanship speaks volumes about how much care they put in their work. I have so much faith and trust in Roland, Nancy and their team. A rare breed in the auto mechanic world. I only wish more people ran their businesses ethically, honestly and with so much pride and passion.People like me are VERY wary of auto mechanics that just take advantage of unwitting people and price gouging them or getting quoted a *really* good price just to find out that what you pay is what you get...or sales pressure to do more than what you ask for. This place is NOT that at all. Oppositely, some customers are also equally heinous and should be fired!That one one-star review from some heartless person just goes to show that anywhere in life, there's always one person who just is hell bent on being a miserable c*** lol see for yourself the many other hateful reviews she posts on just about everything...I am just absolutely happy with the outcome and I'm happy to have come here and you should too!

We came here to get new tires for my car because he was a lot cheaper than the other places we had looked. He put them on and within two days a couple of the tires were incredibly low (one was 10psi when it should've been 32) so we went and filled them up and again in about a day and half they leaked and I had to fill them again. We called him and and brought it to his attention because they are brand new tires and we had never had this problem before. He had us come back down and checked them out and claimed he fixed them. Once again 2 days later they were leaking and wouldn't hold air for more than 48 hours. After multiple trips to put air in my tires we called again. His solution was this has never happened and we should just use fix a flat! Fix a flat! In my brand new tires! He basically came across like he didn't want to help us even though this problem was because of the tires we bought and got put on at Bigger Hammer. So we took my car to Costco and there were multiple issues with the tires and the guys at Costco got us fixed! They were shocked someone would even suggested fix a flat and we're so incredibly happy to have helped us that they ended up not charging me! It's been a week and I haven't had to put air in my tires once. Don't waste your money or the loads of time I have had to waste dealing with this company. Go somewhere else.
