We had to let our little dog go yesterday. The staff here was so kind and caring. I am going to miss my little girl but her passing was as comfortable as possible. Thank you Dr Poet, Lisa and Rebecca for your tenderness.

I've been coming to this practice for 10+ years. I appreciate their holistic approach. We have a breed with a bad reputation for aggressive behaviour (not these two!). Rather than give us a flat 'no', Dr. Poet and the practice gave us a chance to prove our dogs are socially acceptable. We (well, the dogs) receive excellent care, our concerns are listened to & addressed and we are given options to consider giving us choices in treatment and care.

Iv known Dr Steve for years through good news and bad and many tears. He is always kind caring gentle and patient. Steve is very well trained and incredibly skillfulll. So kind with the animals

I had planned to write a glowing review of this clinic. But I cannot. My dog 2 weeks later got extremely ill. This was due to sick dogs in their clinic that were not quarantined. I really liked the people there, but this absolute lack of safety is beyond. When I called, they denied other dogs was there. LOL, We needed to leave the clinic because of the dogs coughing and crying.Thankfully they have refunded my money spent there, so I can take my dog to the vet. First time she's ever been sick.

I've been to pretty much all the vets in the valley and I can't be any happier with Dr. Poet and the rest of the crew. Ya'll are the best and you've made this whole family feel comfortable with just a check up to laying an old friend down. Thank you!

Unfortunately, their phone message says they are no longer accepting new patients, which is a real shame because I found this vet to be amazing. He truly seems to care for all the animals he treats, and I have had nothing but good results and great interactions with him each time I've had to take one of our animals.

Dr. Poet May saved r' beloved 5-yr old B. Terriers life. She presented w/a very high fever, listless, not eating. He spent quite a bit of time in between juggling other patients tirelessly researching to try to find out what her symptoms could be & surgery was a last resort to rule out blockage. He's not only a seasoned, well respected Vet here in So. Oregon but also a caring Vet - taking time to show his patients, Owners such care & concern. Thank you Dr. Poet for the care & treatment showed Sutton Marie & us during a time of stress & illness. We are grateful for you & your Staff. Denny & Arabella Alvarado, Medford OR

Amazing Vet who you can immediately tell wants the best for your pet. It's only a star less because you can't go in the office with your pet, visits occur outside the front door. COVID is over...........

What an incredible place for my dogs to receive their medical care. Passionate, knowledgeable staff. So lucky I got in when I did because they seem to not be taking any new patients for the last 5 years.

No animals or their owners are allowed in the waiting room at this vet office. You have to wait in your car (regardless of the weather, be it hot or freezing cold) with your pet, then call the office and when they're ready they come to your car and get your pet. When finished they bring pet back out. Then take your credit card inside for the payment, then come back your car with card and receipt. Unbelievable amount of inconvenience. And they are only open 4 days a week.

Don't bother going to see this veterinarian? They charge you a lot of money and don't take the time for your animal. He came very highly recommended I ended up adding emergency vet due to his lack of seeing my animal
