took computer in to unlock it. ended up having it returned and told had loose connection in it. said fixed problem. didn't. i believe that the loose connection was what shorted system out. my membership was canceled in full. still lost use of my computer.

They have a refrigerator on sale for a great price but won't sell it to anyone saying that it's unavailable, shouldn't you take the sale price down in store and online then? Very disappointed

So may employees milling about having private conversations ignoring customers. Couldn't get a single store associate to a. Awkwoledge me b. Assist me with computers.
As I left a man came in and three associates said welcome in can we help you find anything.
I hope he was able to make a purchase. I was not.

Geek squad is unreliable and a bunch of scammers tryna charge 189 for a diagnostic for them to not even get the diagnostic right and then tryna get me to buy a whole new mother board when the only problem was my ram sticks never go to geek squad there a bunch of scammers that’ll take advantage of you if you don’t know what your doing go to gizmo tech 30x better then geek squad and got my whole pc fixed for less then there diagnostic fee

I was looking forward to purchasing a pair of Sony WH-XM4 Headphones, however I couldn't get a Best Buy associate to unlock the safe for the life of me. One rep tells me I need to goto the cashier another rep said's its in the lock storage. Another rep just completley ignored me lol. After 30-45 min I just went to target and bought them.

The employees were helpful when I couldn't find a product that was behind me. Lol I went for a fan as the weather was starting to get hot. The prices are good and the products are well made. I would suggest that if you need any kind of air conditioner or fan, selections. They also have a free membership, witch if you ever need to return anything it extends the time of return.
