Its been good. Better when Mom ran it. Prices went up & no breaks on late fees, etc when young ones took over. But they r good also to deal with. Nice & clean & Ivr never seen any homeless living there or aroind there

I highly recommend Berry's Oak!! It's maintained beautifully, and the staff is delightful!

Was a few days late and was already locked out. But prices are decent and security is amazing there
