Worst customer service and attitude. Punk kids. Won't honor warranty. Very rude and cussing and talking about people's mothers. Disrespect at the highest level. Never buy from this company!

They need customer service training. Don't cut people off when they are talking. Maybe you cant read minds and the information you are after is coming. When you ask for a model and I say it's a 2016 Polaris don't jump me saying that's the make I asked for the model. Yeah I know you would too if I wasn't taking my business elsewhere. Year make model how most people tell you.

Terrible!!! My husband made the mistake of taking a battery with 2+ years on the warranty and they prorated for only $75. They should have said they weren’t an authorized dealer of that battery. Instead the sold him one if theirs

Do not buy X2 Motorcycle Li-ion batteries EVER! It is listed as a 3-year full replacement warranty, but I can tell you from experience that the warranty will very likely NEVER be honored.I had one well within the warranty period that went dead after 2 months in storage and they said it was "neglect" because...wait for it... it went dead. End of discussion. Apparently if it ever goes dead and will not recharge, then it is your neglect because the battery is dead. Okay. Fine. But then what the h*ll is the warranty for? "We cover your battery with 100% replacement, unless it goes dead". So as long as it never goes dead, you have the peace of mind that there is a warranty!... unless it goes dead.But even further, honestly, who in their right mind would spend $300+ for a motorcycle battery with no effective warranty??? I was also told "sorry, that is the manufacturer warranty conditions", neglecting to mention that the X2 is actually Batteries+'s own brand! Good move Batteries+, good move...(insert sunglasses here)I learned my lesson! If you buy X2 battery then buy at your own risk and keep in mind a $300+ battery really does not have an actual coverage warranty. From now on, I am going to either buy a good expensive battery with a genuine warranty, or you are probably best off buying a cheap $80 battery 4 times to get 8-10 years out of them for the same investment as an X2 for a couple of years if you are lucky..And don't get me started about how horrible the customer service had been with this issue. I could tell from the first contact that I was going to be told to pound sand (after driving 200 miles round trip to bring it in for replacement) and it only got worse from there.It is not the $300. But if I warn as many people as possible to be careful with an X2 battery purchase, it is more than worth it. And this is the last time I will ever make a purchase with Batteries+ ever again. I believe that if a company will not honor its representations, then it should cost them more in sales than it would cost them to be honorable and follow through with their warranties.

On the phone the Grants Pass store told me " they could not change the battery in my Galaxy 8S Active, but the Medfore store could" I went to the Medford store, 30 miles away. There I was told they could not change the battery. They caused me to waste 60 miles of gas, but a good thing Mobil Madness was on my way home, I stopped there and within an hour they had the battery changed.Just remember to make sure of there abilities before you travel to this companies stores

I would not recommend having them replace phone batteries! They replaced the battery in my phone and handed it back to me with the screen not working! They replaced the screen with an aftermarket POS and it has issues unlocking & issues not being able to take anything but blurry photos now! I’ve been very patient (as I work in customer service, and am very understanding). I have gone in 4 times to have them make it right and I have gotten nowhere! I refuse to use them again! I use to refer my clients to them, and over the past 10 years I have referred hundreds of people to them and I just can’t do that anymore! They will feel the pain from my frustration in lost business! I am now forced to buy a new phone! I should’ve gone to Mobile Madness! and I will recommend interstate for all battery needs! Thanks for reading my rant. It would take a lot to earn my trust and business back. With that said the man that was working on my phone was always polite. He is a great asset to your company.

The Arizona sun killed our deep cycle battery! So we checked with the local Battery Plus, they did not have what we needed due to demand for that size. We call the store in Medford which was on the way, they had the right size and it was on sale! Thanks to the team at the Medford Oregon store for all your help.
