They attract you with lies, they offer you a deal and in the end it is another very bad experience with this bank and apart from the fact that it is their mistake, they do not help you, I do not recommend it at all.

I’ve literally never had an entire branch care so much about my financial well being. Debbie, Peter, Jacob, and everyone else at this branch are constantly trying to ensure I have everything I need for financial success and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for each and every one of them. I deal with them on an almost daily basis with my job as a store manager, and weekly on my personal accounts. They’re so helpful and accommodating, and have never made me feel like they weren’t looking out for me. Today Peter said “we’ve got your back, Seana” and I know that he really meant it. Thank you guys for always being there. It means so much! I’d recommend this bank, and more so this particular branch, to anyone and everyone.

Only one drive up ATM, it's slow. And wont accept my cash when I need to make an urgent transaction.

I had a great phone experience with both Lorena and Jamie there at the Medford BOTC. I even got a nice follow up call afterwards to make sure my questions were answered. Great service is hard to find these days. Thanks ladies!!!

There is no way to express our gratitude to Jessica Hickman in the mortgage loan center at Bank of the Cascades. Jessica was so patient with us as there was much we did not know about the loan process. She explained everything (sometimes we needed it explained 2, 3, 4 times but still she was patient and amazing).
