Upon arrival, I was greeted by Chewy who was very friendly and personable. He took the time to understand my specific needs and expectations for my vehicle. My interior was completely abused over the years due to Dog hair and of couse the kids.
Chewy provided valuable recommendations tailored to my vehicle, ensuring I received the best possible service for the price.
The attention to detail during the car detailing process was truly impressive. Every nook and cranny of my vehicle was meticulously cleaned and detailed leaving it looking better than the day I drove it off the lot. The interior was immaculate, with every surface shining and free of any dirt or grime. He was able to get the staines out that was there for over 3 years! Truly impressive!

“I had a great experience! I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday by getting his car detailed. Interior and exterior. He basically lives and works in his car so it definitely needed so attention. The owner was professional and kind. He quoted me a very fair price and he got me on the schedule quickly. When I dropped off the car and he told me he would be finished in a few hours I almost couldn’t believe it. I picked up the car later that afternoon and it looked like a brand new car! “I had an issue with the go car wash on Ross and they helped me begin to resolve it. They also explained how my membership works. They were extremely kind and helpful and this location gives car fresheners and dash wipes. They asked me about my antenna and I told them it doesn’t come off. They said it should and asked if it is okay if we they try to get it off prevent damage. They were totally able to get it off and seem to care more about their customers and facility. This car wash has two tracks for your tires and can handle trucks and bigger vehicles and I had zero issues here. Come to this one on Matt loop instead of the one on Ross; Especially if you have a bigger vehicle! :)”
