We were upgraded incorrectly by a store associate, and even though they have acknowledged it they are not willing to fix it. We were told because we did not resolve it right away, now they are not going to correct their mistake. Immoral! If you incorrectly upgraded someone, fix your mistake. It's fine service until it's not, and then AT&T will leave you out to dry.

This location is only an authorized retailer and are NOT knowledgeable... also will scam you.The manager LARRY completely messed up not only my husband's account, but my aunt's also.I bought an LTE tablet outright through Samsung. All I needed was to add it to my husband's account for the $20/month.LARRY seemed nice enough. It was quick and easy. So tell me why when I denied insurance (multiple time) for the tablet, it was added anyway -- for $17/month. ALSO tell me why and how he added the line to my aunt's account????? I asked it to be added to my husband's account.SO I go in a second time. This time I bring my aunt so we can get everything straightened out. I explain the situation -- not once did he take responsibility. I should have learned from the first time.Fast forward to another week or so. I log on to my husband's account and see that now my phone plan has been upgraded from the starter plan to the premium plan??? Once again... I never consented to that.Basically had I not kept up on our bill, LARRY scammed us for an extra $32/month that was not consented. Also the extra $17 from my Aunt's account. Why? Because he wanted the commissions. I am lucky to be a younger person that is tech savy and knows how to check the bill -- I assume there are a lot of elderly who are not quite as savy and would let charges like these go unnoticed.I have gone ROUNDS trying to get a credit back on our account. Nothing has been resolved. It's now been over 2 months since the initial request of simply adding my tablet to our account. Nothing was done and zero accountability from LARRY. I am sensing a trend with this location. Hmmm.

These people are only retailers, and not a corporate owned store. They are crooked because they tricked my wife into signing up for 2 phones and 2 services. I figured it out today while reviewing my bill. So I'm cancelling my account with ATT and switching to Mint Mobile. I can keep the same number and phone and save $50 per month! I'm also reporting this to the Oregon DOJ.

Got help from Larry with my super broken phone so I was able to trade it in successfully. He was very cool and kind and helpful. Very good experience

My husband's phone was damaged so he went into this store to get a new one. He was told by the salesman that he had to upgrade to a new plan because our old one was no longer available. He was upsold the unlimited plan and told we'd get two "free" phones with trade in's. His phone was destroyed but I turned mine in. It's been 3 months and we are still paying for these "free" phones. So I go in and talk to the manager Larry. After extensive conversation he says if I could get you $40 per month credit on your bill would that be helpful"? I said great! So I get my bill today and find he canceled the insurance on our phones without ever telling me that. I am going to report this rip off company to the Oregon Department of Justice. They frown on ripping off seniors. Don't do business here!

I purchased a screen saver at your center drive store and didn't notice until nearly home from shopping that the wrong screen protector was installed and covered the earpiece so phone is useless. We stopped at a nearby att store on delta waters to have the protector replaced. They said even though they are a corporate Att store and wouldn't stand behind the other store because it was independent. I cannot use my phone until Monday to drive across town to have it removed and the proper one installed. An inconvenience in more than one way. I am disappointed in att and there ability to take care of such a simple issue. Customer service is s let down

Andrew is beyond wonderful! He fixed my phone in a few minutes. He is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile! If you need an att store, go to So Medford and ask for Andrew! Donna

Came in today, was told by customer service to buy a phone from Walmart and bring it in to the store and they will recover my number. I cam in and no one was in the building for 5 mins. Someone could've stole a bunch of stuff. Your employee Garret was very unprofessional and lazy with a spoiled attitude like he has to do nothing for the customer. I stated what I said here, he denied he could do that, said the number was probably given away anyways, said customer service has no idea what they are talking about, I asked him to call and he said no, they don't like dealing with them. I then told him I run a business and he laughs so I said can I talk to your manager and he said she was out of town and preferred not to bother her, so thanks to your lazy employee Garret my business has to suffer. Get rid of that lazy employee! What a joke!

Don’t go here if you want to bring your own phone and just need a prepaid plan. Manager sold me a $5 dollar SIM card which later I found out I couldn’t even use for prepaid plans. When I returned it to the store he said SIM cards are not refundable.He seems to know very little about online deals which are much cheaper than in-store plans. Online I paid $300 prepaid ($25 a month) for unlimited talk and text and unlimited data (first 16GB fast, then throttled to 1.5 Mgbs after that). Much better than the "post-paid" plans I was quoted in store for $50-$60 a month!Pretty sure they just want their commissions!

Do not go to this store they will scam you. My husband is in the military and the sales guy Larry totally took advantage of us. Told us we could have a free speaker and to add a third line so we could “save” money. Just got our bill from AT&T and it was 400 dollars…for two people! We are a young couple and we’re just trying to sign up for a phone plan.

The whole staff was great. Quick to assist and were very upfront about the cost and found the best options that worked for my specific needs. Larry, Garret and Linda were amazing. Highly recommend.

Larry was amazing to work with. He was thoughtful and asked all of the right questions. The other employees at the store entertained my toddler which made the experience that much more relaxed and manageable. This is the best AT&T experience I've had, and I will definitely be going back to this store for any future needs.
