I thought that I was going to finally have a dentist to go to. I got my first cleaning and had my cavities filled all with my insurance that they took(said they took all types). It was going well. Until the next time I went in for aAppointment and they said that I had to play out of pocket since they didn't take my insurance anymore

I had 3 broken teeth. They gave me appointment immediately. Excellent service. Thoughtfulness was given to me.Unfortunately my Oregon health plan (MEDICADE) was not on their list insurances they take.However they gave me FREE X-RAYS and DENTAL CONSULT and gave me a list of dentists who do take my insurance. I have appointment with new dentist in a couple of days.JR

Had a wonderful experience. Got right in to my appointment and the technician was thorough and provided me with information about cleaning my posts on my implants that my prior dentist did not tell me.

I’m happy with how they help out answering all my questions and getting the best fit. I’m always nervous going to the dentist but it was a good experience with the Aspen office in Medford. I wanna get more work done later on and I’m definitely coming back to see what they say before I try somewhere else “if I go somewhere else”

My denture technician was awesome! She’s very knowledgeable and took the time to understand and explain everything to me as she went along. She’s very talented in her ability to do such a wonderful job in properly addressing the problem and executing the work that needed attention. My first experience with Aspen Dental was superb even with an unexpected ending I didn't expect. They let me know what they were doing through the whole procedure. Plenty of support and the best "chair side manor"! Left extremely satisfied and happy! Thanks to the staff and especially Dr. Dixon!
