I have been a client here for about 5 years now and after amber watts left the practice 3 years ago I have not been taken serious at all. Unfortunately due to the lack of amount of health care providers I can not switch providers. I have been sick for weeks with several issue but yet when I call to see someone in person it's booked out for months and they only offer video chat with a random provider to suggested to take a pregnancy test.. I honestly have been going to the er and paying for it the last few years since it's actually impossible to be taken seriously at this office. To add on the receptionist are 70% rude or say they will have the doctor call you but never actually passes on the message, I have had to complain multiple times yet it continues to happen.. I give this place a full heartily thumbs down.

Dr. Siefring discounts what I have to say and report. Refuses referrals when I ask for them, leaves me wasting time, more suffering, and anxiety. Very dismissive, and does not leave you feeling supported. He does not tell the truth, but lies to cover himself when he is in conflict with patient.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Rupert to my worst enemy. I would especially warn any transgender clients against using this doctor. When I asked him if I should compare my metrics (white blood cell count, cholesterol, etc) to what's normal for men or women now that I've been on hrt for a while all he said was (and he kept repeating it) "well if you weren't on hormones you'd still be a [my assigned gender at birth]. Even when I pointed out that I *am* on hormones he just repeated the sentiment. Upon following up with my endocrinologist I was told that if I've been on het for more than 3 months I should indeed compare my metrics to the gender I'm taking hormones for.He also sent my referrals to the wrong place, forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy, and on another occasion he told me straight to my face that my prescription was set to auto renew when he had in fact set it to have no refills. This prescription was for a life long condition that I am managing. I'm not sure if he's incompetent or if he was intentionally making things harder for me due to his own personal prejudice but either way It was a terrible experience.

I am a new patient and had the chance to visit Dr. Morgan today. Dr. Morgan is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend him as family doctor. I had a good experience at state street family clinic.

We have been patients there for 3 yrs. One doctor there by name of Dr rosemary C was rude to my wife. Mind you we are deaf . Hard to read lips with masks on. Come on. Be kind! You even have a large sign in lobby being compassion! Now final straw was that they called to confirm our appts( appts made 6-7 months ago) wife felt she didn't want to go there anymore. That being said, I told the office girl to cancel my wifes. See. They called asking for my wife so I answered for her. They did not ask for me or date of birth(me) and guess what? I showed up early and they said I cancelled. I did not! I have video proof of the video mail they called on our phone(for deaf) I called right after I left the office and talked to Tammy. She said she's the office manager and I while I was trying to sign( sign language) to interpreter on video phone she kept interrupting me. She seems to be incompetent to handle this or office,, we decided not to go back to that clinic! don't go. They messed up one of my billings and even didn't handle appts or phone calls good! One of their doctor I liked has left that clinic. Umm why? Anyhow sorry for long post!

Was an established patient for almost 10 years. My provider left and I was transferred to another provider. The clinic then scheduled me for an appointment. I never received a phone call, email, post card, telegram, tweet, text or even a singing telegram telling me I had an appointment with another provider I never even met. Fast forward 12 months later, I called to schedule a routine appointment. Low and behold I was removed as a patient for missing 1 appointment (not scheduled by me). I asked for another provider and I was told " We are not accepting new patients". I replied, "I have been a patient there for almost 10 years" ...result..."I am sorry sir, you will have to find another clinic". BOOM !! just like that an established patient for almost 10 years ... kicked to the curb.

Jese Hipner is a wonderful Dr. Unfortunately, the phone staff/Secretary's who ever answers the phones there and the ladies that work in the reception area are so unbelievably rude and unprofessional it makes any Dr working here not worth seeing. On multiple occasions I have been insulted or treated poorly hung up on. One time I was told that they would check me in and they didnt, they just left me sitting in the lobby for over so hour wondering why my name hadn't been called. I overheard them talking poorly about a patient I just didn't realize that patient was me until after I asked the receptionist why I hadn't been seen yet. She laughed at me SD the Dr had been gone for over a half hour her last appt never showed. Needless to I wasn't seen my Co diction worsened and I ended up in the hospital for an extended period of time.I'm a paraplegic just getting to the Dr's office requires a small miracle you think they would be a little more considerate of that fact.

This office staff actually cares about your family! They are courteous, professional, and make you feel as though they truly care about you and your family's health.*We have seen 4 doctors at this practice, some of whom no longer work here - no real complaints other that we hope our current doctors stay with Asante for a long time!*

Beat experience I have ever had with a doctor. Dr. Bartyzal is caring, considerate, and most importantly she listens. She allows me to feel safe and always lets me know she cares and is there if I need her. Her medical assistant Kristin is always on it. She never gets me in late. In fact early if I'm early. Gets me in a room and gets everything done. And always let's me know she cares.

I went in to Asante Physicians Partners Murphy Rd. this week. I’m new to this area and looking for a new doctor. I was SHOCKED to see that the sweet girls at the front desk had NO PLEXIGLASS shield in front of them! This is a DOCTORS OFFICE. The staff is exposed to Covid patients on a regular basis! WALMART employees are better protected! And on that same vein, if they have been exposed, PATIENTS have no protection from them! REALLY? I’ve not been to a single establishment that has less protection for their staff. If they feel that way about staff? Not sure they will care about me! I’ll keep looking elsewhere!

Use to go to this clinic till my primary care physician left in October. I followed him to his new practice. Went in once cause my PCP was on vacation. Felt like I got the cold shoulder staff was unfriendly towards me and at one point got snarly and asked how the Dr was that I see normally. The Dr I saw at Asante said I could call anytime if I ever needed a same day appointment which I've done before with my PCP. I tried to do that today I asked if I could come in once I get back from the coast once they looked me up they got snippy and said no all providers were full I asked kindly again for a same day appointment they said no all providers are full. I asked for a nurse to talk to then told them I had been vomiting diarrhea abdominal pain and cramps not able to eat or drink ( I know they have a triage nurse) got told no and the lady hung up on me

Be prepared that if you see a doctor or NP they'll have left the practice the next time you call for an appointment. They'll also charge you over $275 for even a simple 10 min. visit. If you call they have a standard answer: "Our coders checked it's and it's correct". Not a stable business and frankly overcharging even if they claim they're right. It's robbery.
