I’ve been using grocery store pharmacies forever, thinking it was more convenient. Boy was I wrong! Due to insurance, I had to stop using the pharmacy I had been going to, and decided to try Asante. What a breath of fresh air! Prescription was ready much quicker. Staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. Even if it means making a second stop, it’s still more convenient than dealing with the chaos at the grocery pharmacy.

The pharmacy employees are all very friendly and helpful. Several times they have gone above and beyond for ordering and providing the medication I need.

Called ahead about specific syringes and needles (HRT). Was told they had them. Said I would come in that evening. I came in. Tried to give me the wrong product twice before realizing they don’t indeed have what I need (first time even told me I was wrong about what I needed lol). Almost like I told you specifically what I needed over the phone HMM. So now everywhere is closed too. Thank you.

I dislike leaving a poor review but after three years of dealing with this pharmacy, today was the last straw. I don't even know where to begin with how terrible this place is. I've never seen such disorganization. After several times of my refills not being ready in a day or two an employee told me never to use the refill line and to always speak to a live person. That does help! I'd say 90% of the time they don't have the medication "on the shelf" and they have to "order" it which takes AT LEAST 24 hours (and they will not tell you that UNTIL YOU CALL OR ARE THERE TO PICK IT UP). If the doctor sends/calls in your script, again, don't expect them to even start working on it until you either call or are there to pick it up. If you go in to drop off your paper script, plan on being ignored.... even if you ring the bell, and then treated rudely. They also hold your medications hostage after you've paid for them, because the pharmacist must talk to you about them, no option to refuse. Then they have one tiny closet consult area where everyone in the small (usually standing room only) waiting area can hear all about the meds you or your family are taking. Today I was supposed to pick up my daughter's script that the office faxed in yesterday for in-office allergy testing (we take the med to the office and the MD observes her for any reactions). Well guess what. Not only did they not have it ready, but they didn't bother to call me and say they "have to order it and it will be at least 24 hours". I called the doctor and we went with plan B, which they miraculously could handle, but not without causing us to wait and miss our lunch date AND they caused us to be late for our appointment. I have been going to this pharmacy, exclusively for over a decade. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Sometimes prescriptions take a bit long to get but, it's more the insurance and fact that they get busy than the business itself. 10/10 would recommend.

Friendly staff that goes above and beyond to assure my satisfaction and meet the needs of my sometimes complicated prescription orders. Clean, well organized environment! Highly recommend.

We received horrible news today about my wifes pregnancy and were told to wait one hour before we picked up a prescription from this place. One hour later we went to pick up the prescription. The place was small and dirty but that faded into the background when we learned they hadn't begun assembling the prescription, that they had the ingredients but were just "too busy" to have it done before Monday (today is Wednesday). These pills are to help us maintain a pregnancy and avoid risky surgery. I understand busy, but I will never EVER forgive these people for their casual attitude towards something that literally holds the lives of my unborn twin daughters in the balance. DO NOT go here. DO NOT forgive them. AVOID them like the plague. Go to black oak pharmacy. It's less than a mile away, clean, and the people were incredibly nice. (PS>> It took Black Oak less than 15 minutes to put everything together for us)
