Rude customer service. Condescending and arrogant. Do you not teach your workers how to talk to a customer nicely especially when they call for the first time?

Roy (Arney) did a great job replacing my back window! He was kind and patient with my 5 year old too while she watched him work. I would recommend his work to anyone!

Roy was on time and did the window install quickly. Could have cleaned up a bit and I thought a bit expensive.
