Hours needed updated,drive across town to learn hours not correct ,so annoying waste of people time ,not open when it says it is , update it wasn't updated online ! When I search store it says your open to 6 pm at around 4 30 pm today Saturday ,NOW I seen it saying 4 so wasn't updated till after the post !

Great employees really know what they are talking about. If you ask for input on a bike part, they will give you info on the part. If they sell you a part they have a honor system to fix it if it stops working within a couple weeks

I took my bike to this business a couple of months ago for a basic service. They told me it needed a new tire and tubes, which I agreed to, and the total service was supposed to be around $125. The following week, they called to say my bike was ready, but I explained that my kid was in the hospital, and I would pick it up later. That was the last I heard from them.
Despite confirming that everything was fine and I could pick up my bike at any time, they never once informed me that they planned to sell or steal my bike. To my shock and disgust, I later found out they sold my bike and kept the money — totaling over $400 — without my permission. I never signed any agreement allowing them to sell my property, and I believe this is outright fraud and deceptive business practice.
I tried to speak with the owner, Brett Jensen, and explained how upset and frustrated I was. He promised to look into the matter and call me back immediately. It's been four days, and I still haven't heard anything. It’s clear they don’t want to admit they sold my bike without my consent, and I feel completely robbed.
This experience has been devastating, especially since I rely on that bike for transportation. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this business to avoid being taken advantage of or having their property stolen. I’m now forced to replace my bike and lost over $400 because of their dishonesty. The least they could’ve done was return my money or notify me before selling my property.
Never again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs.

It seems like the bike side of the shop their employees are underpaid and overworked. Twice now I've gone in for bike repairs and the guys that helped me were just not pleasant at all. They might know what they are doing but have zero customer service. I gave 3 stars because the RC side of the store everyone is super nice. My advice is find somewhere else for bike repairs.

I always take my bike here if it any issues and you just go straight to the back for bike service and they have a really good variety from unicycle, to beach cruiser to a Chevy trail blazer rc car it's the best place for your hobby needs! Come stop by if your interested
