Talked with the broker several times. Very friendly. I did specifically ask for a double drop to haul equipment, but when the truck arrived, it was a single drop, which cause issues at pick up. Truck driver was great. Price was reasonable.

Lack of communication, overpriced, be ready your load gets damaged, happened to us two times with this company. Hard to get compensation for damages. Avoid agent Aaron Hubartt.Definitely not recommend!

Booked a load with broker David Wright. My driver was suppose to get unloaded early in the morning. Well it's the trucking business and there were 3 trucks ahead of him. I let David know and kept in constant contact and told him it be more like 1 or ealier. At 10:30 he said we might have to get another truck. Never heard back from him and at 12 emailed him and said my driver was empty and headed to load. He then informed me that he got it covered but never let me know. If we would do this kind of business with the broker they would report the trucking company and put us on a DNL list but yet he had no problem being unprofessional. BEWARE!!!

We had been using this company for a number of years. It turns out that their errors cost us thousands of dollars with US Customs. In addition they delivered our product damaged and dirt. When asked to address the mistakes the Head of the company told us we were too much work and to find another broker or he would have to charge us an additional 500 per entry. All I can say is stay away. In my opinion they don't know their business

From a motor carrier, this brokerage lacks organizational skills, communicates infrequently, and will likely waste your time, as such. Payment methods are slow, expensive and/or outdated. My advice: avoid using them to book customer loads.Customers, look for another broker.(These are our opinions based on experience communicating with this broker.)
