I'm very saddened by this repair visit. We were told to come in by 8:00/8:30 for a quick repair. We've waited over an hour with no way to contact anyone. A disabled person should NOT be left in a lurch this way. 45 minutes from home with no wheelchair... just waiting.... voicemail says they open at 10:30 on Mondays, website says 9:00am. UGH.

We bought a scooter there yesterday and were very impressed with the staff. They are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. It was very low pressure, and although we only went there to get an idea of what we wanted and how much it would cost, they were so helpful we left with a scooter. My Mom loves her new scooter! Thanks, A&J Mobility! You're the best!

Brought my scooter here a few days ago they were very fast to take care of my issues. Someone stole my scooter and took everything apart, but they were able to fit me in and take care of my needs. The price I paid was fairly reasonable. I was actually a little nervous that it was gonna be a ridiculous amount of money. I will be down there today to pick up my scooter and say thanks.

Anthony and his wife Susan are worthless... They have zero integrity. Anthony has repaired my wheelchair and lect it in worse condition than he started... Unplugging cables under my seat and leaving them so functions no longer work. He replaced my joystick cable and left the broken one. He could not troubleshoot anything, I had to direct him... Because of his lack of knowledge and his inability to repair my wheelchair, i have had numerous breakdowns on the side of the road... Stranded. He just simply doesn't know what he is doing. I have never had cross words between us... But one day, I was sitting in someone's office. We called tocheck on the status of a repair... both him and his wife Susan wouldn't stop bad mouthing me and lying. It was all I could do to keep quiet. They are unprofessional...nasty people who do not know what they are doing. I guarantee there are more complaints than we see here... They should not be in business!

$250, did nothing. I doubt he even looked at it, as he didn't show up twice. The woman seems angry and irritable, and so forgetful she did a couple tvibfs wrong v

Easy to rent wheelchairs and scooters. Unfortunately they don't have any wide wheelchairs for plus sized people.

My mother-in-law was losing mobility quickly and Anthony helped us get her the scooter she needed at a price she could afford. My family is so grateful. Thanks!
