Jeff and the service team went above and beyond to help us diagnose and fix our EV car after being towed in the night prior. They empathetically communicated the challenges that were/are possible when fixing our car and were committed to getting us back on the road with a wait time of less than five hours. Having recently suffered a tremendous loss, their kindness made our day and we are now back on the road to go home. We highly recommend for EV service. Thank you!

Communication for the first week my car was being serviced was non-existent. Payment and coordination of a rental car was also non-existent. I bought a brand new vehicle that broke down 4 days after purchase and was left with no car for over a week until I finally got a rental car for 2 days of nearly 2 weeks without my car. Much of the communication breakdown and lack of service was on the dealership we purchased the car from (Evergreen Chevrolet) but overall was an absolute nightmare. Worst car buying and servicing experience of my life.I appreciate you delivering my car since I live 5 hours from location of my car breakdown but dropoff was at midnight which was not convenient. There was very short notice of delivery and I was out of town during dropoff so car was left at my home with keys on the porch.

Our salesperson was Dave and he was absolutely fantastic. They made it easy and made us feel completely comfortable when test driving. There was no pushiness whatsoever. We won't go anywhere else. Thank you. We love our new trailblazer

I was told that my car needed Freon replacement, a procedure that according to my research can take from 5-30 minutes. I was charged for 2.5 hours of labor for a total of 490 dollars (196 dollars an hour) in addition to the cost of the refrigerant. Unclear to me why the cost of labor is so high but more importantly why a procedure that should take no more than an hour took so long.Edit after response:- As I mentioned to the very nice costumer service manager, I was only informed of the cost of the service after it had been completed.- Given the high cost of labor, it would have been nice to have an estimate in advance.- I signed the work orders when I picked up my car, not before.- None of the papers that I signed beforehand had any prices.Again, thank you for your response. I just want to make sure I clarify my concern and to make people aware that they should ask for an estimate before getting serviced.

My daughter was purchasing a 2022 Suburban. We had to move quick as they did not call her back on the white one she wanted, and it was sold underneath her the following am. They told her they had a black one. We all drive down to sign papers and purchase the vehicle. They had one key sitting on the desk with paperwork. I immediately asked where the 2nd key was. I was told by the salesperson that he would look for it. I'm pretty sure he had NO intention of doing this! When my daughter was in with the finance guy signing docs, I brought up the 2nd set of keys again. He told me "if this is what we were given, then that's what you get". Seriously? This is a certified used vehicle being purchased at the dealership, not some mom and pops car sales lot. VERY disappointed! No customer service if they know they sale the vehicle anyways. They could had at least offered a second set at their cost! I'm seriously disappointed in this dealership. VERY unprofessional and it wasn't an inexpensive purchase either. Shame on these guys!

I've consistently had top-tier customer service experiences at Airport Chevrolet, especially when it comes to car servicing. Just today, an unsettling incident happened on my way to drop off my car - it broke down right next to the freeway. Being stuck alongside fast-moving semi-trucks was frightening, to say the least, as they whizzed past, causing my car to shake back and forth.In this predicament, I reached out to Jordan from the Cadillac department. Her prompt and caring response dissolved all my worries instantly. She arranged for a shuttle to rescue me from the side of the freeway - an exemplary demonstration of going above and beyond for a customer, for which I am deeply grateful.Russ, the shuttle driver, deserves commendation too. He was not only amiable but also managed to engage me in an enjoyable conversation on our way back home, effectively calming my nerves after the ordeal.I wholeheartedly recommend Airport Chevrolet to anyone seeking reliable and exceptional car servicing. From the moment you leave your home until your car's return, rest assured you will be in capable and caring hands.

After an oil change a couple weeks ago my computer card in my truck stopped working on the way home from oil change. They had reprogrammed my power step as a recall. So I had to take truck back in to have it repaired but was not a big deal do to tail gate needed repairing do to lift system parts came in in. All is well good job airport Chevy.

Be very careful when dealing with these people. We agreed to buy a new truck (at full MSRP) only to have them sell the truck to somebody else. This actually happened twice to me. The salesman are also very poor at communicating. Sometimes days would pass and I wouldn't hear anything from them. To top it off, the last salesman I worked with (Joel) blamed ME for selling the truck to somebody else. He said if we had talked on the phone this wouldn't have happened. Huh? You agreed to sell me the truck at MSRP - then sold it to somebody else. That's my fault?? Don't trust this dealership.

Got an oil change and expected to need brake pads and cabin filter, all the fun that comes at 65,000 to 70,000 miles. Well, they measured and inspected and were very ethical and let me know I still have one more oil change to go before that was on the menu. Tim was an excellent advisor.

Dave Westfall and Levi were fantastic. Dave has been working with me for months to try to find the perfect vehicle for me...he has been so patient as I have changed my mind numerous times. He is very attentive and responsive, and they had me in and out with my new truck in no time at all.
