Advantage Tire Pros in Medford, OR, is hands down the best tire shop I’ve been to! Typically, the smell of rubber in a tire shop can be overwhelming, but here, with only the rims displayed in the lobby, the atmosphere was much more pleasant. It made the wait so much better. They even had cappuccino available and a small private room where I could wait comfortably, away from the hustle and bustle. Excellent service and a thoughtful environment—I highly recommend Advantage Tire Pros! Their prices were genuinely fair and saved me over $500 at minimum. The staff were really friendly and funny, and just wanted to give you good, reliable tires without all the noise of an upsell that you probably don't need. I spoke with another patron who was waiting in the lobby and he said he drove from California to buy rims and tires from here.
The wait was short but it was comfortable enough to work from my laptop while I waited. 100% recommend.

Overall great experience. Drove 1.5 hrs for a leveling kit. While I was there Dave made me a great deal on a set of rims & tires. A week later drove back up to get installed had some issues with fitment Dave went above and beyond to take care of the situation and made it work.

When I took my wife’s car in the handle to open the hood broke. The folks at advantage ordered
the part and fixed it within a couple days. I appreciate them doing that and providing excellent customer service.

Went in because I was missing a lug nut and bolt on my tire, they found a matching one put it on and sent me on my way. No charge just great service! What amazing and lovely people they have there!

They went above and beyond, staying late to mount a couple sets of paddle tires last minute. Timed them perfectly and are very careful with the brand new wheels. Thanks for amazing service!

Best tire shop in the valley! Perfect experience for at least 20 years. Believe they were on Table Rock Rd when I started going there. I live 2 states away and still get tires there.

I had such an excellent experience here that I’m also telling my friends & family. Went to another place at first and I’m so happy I was referred here by a friend. Not only was it more affordable but the customer service was amazing. Frannie & Taylor helped me get exactly what I needed, within my budget, and no pressure to buy anything else. Service was much faster than anticipated as well. Will be returning in the future!

Incredible employees and work done hear and AFFORDABLE came here to get work done expected to spend an arm and a leg only cost me a few fingers hahaha everyone is super professional and if someone doesnt know someone they find someone there, then and now to help.
