Action Auto earned my trust several years ago. I take both of my vehicles to them for their regular services and oil changes as well as any needed repairs. What more could you ask for? The people at action auto are honest, friendly, have fair prices, take the time to explain what is going on with your vehicle, and do high quality work! I've been using them for over 20 years, and my family has been using them even longer.

I had just moved to Southern Oregon from out of state and did not really know anybody, certainly did not know where was a reputable place to take my auto for repair. I was very lucky to have chosen Action Auto. They helped me with damage to my Ford Ranger. Reasonable prices and efficient service. I now take my wife's Durango to them for regular service. Hope this helps somebody new to the area like I was.

My wife and I began using Action Auto last year (thanks to a reccomendation from friends when our fuel pump went bad). They have been nothing but thorough, professional and honest. We've had multiple services done on our vehicles and appreciate their expert opinions. We never feel judged or taken advantage of, simply that they want to educate and help you get back on the road. In our experience, most places try to squeeze you up front for as much work as possible, but Travis has always told us what the priority is and what can wait. He's also very realistic about what can happen by putting off a service and what to look for when said service is due. Thanks to the Action Auto team, we have found go-to shop!

Doing a review for my dad, his van had a leak in the coolant system, and they immediately found the problem and told us honestly what the issue was. Simple hose clamp wasn't tightened. They also pointed out that the van needed new suspension and other stuff. My parents and I are very grateful and impressed with this shop! Honest, hardworking, and professional! Thank you so much from me and him!

Over the past several years I have been having my Chevy Impala Serviced at Action Auto. They have always done exceptional work, from oil change to fixing my problems over the years. I would recommend them to all as they are kind, understanding and very fair with charges.

As someone who's been working on cars for over 50 years (now im disabled) I find that Travis and Action Auto are very knowledgeable and accomidating on their craft. I've used their services several times since moving here 5 years ago and find no reason to go anywhere else. They go out of thier way to make sure you are happy.

If you're looking for an alternative to dealership mechanic prices and you want assurance a shop can work on the technology used in todays vehicles, I strongly recommend Action Auto! I've had my Ford F-150 and Lexus both worked on here and they did a great job. Travis is knowledgeable, communicates promptly during your repair, and beyond that is helpful and friendly. You won't be disappointed.

I have been using Action Auto Repair since I moved back here in 2012. Exceptional and friendly service, great prices, and quick turn around. Travis is fantastic at remembering peoples names and faces which means your never just a number there. It is rare to find an auto shop that you can trust implicitly; but I do here. My only regret is they don't do some of the high-end foreign cars that require specialty equipment such as my Audi.

I have gone from one auto repair shop in the valley to another, never feeling satisfied. After my first appointment, I was so happy with the honest, friendly service of Action Auto Repair. Now It’s the only place we go.
Everything from a major clutch repair to oil changes, all of our repair needs and regular maintenance is done by Action Auto Repair. They have served as well for years.
