I really enjoyed dealing with Sheila & Gayle at their facilities :) Both were very pleasant and made obtaining a unit and monthly payments very easy ... they even held a unit for me in case I needed the extra space when my moving van arrived !! The facility was clean and well secured, and I felt very safe having my personal items stored there :) I would definitely recommend Acorn Storage to anyone looking for storage in the Medford area !!

As a local Business...working with like minded businesses and personnel makes all the difference! Acorn is right next door to my location and when I needed storage in a pinch, Gail was able to help out and take care of us. Gail and Sheila have always been professional, outgoing and very attentive to what ever our needs were. If you’re looking for a clean and affordable storage facility to rent from, then I’d highly recommend Acorn Storage!! Sheila the storage manager is so very kind and understanding, she has kept me informed of anything that pertained to my unit. So if you have any questions or concerns she the one to talk to! Great staff, Great rates, and a great move in experience.

My mother and I rented a 10x20 storage unit from Acorn Storage. The storage unit was super clean. Sheila, the facility manager, was very friendly and professional. She took the time to explain the lease agreement and answered all our questions.The Acorn Storage facility is very secure. We were impressed with the security procedures and technology used, such as access codes, cameras, alarms and sensors to secure and document all who access their individual units.The cost is very competitive. I believe Acorn Storage delivers the best value in the greater Medford area.

I've been renting a storage unit here for several years now, and would recommend! The staff have always been incredibly nice and great at communicating! The location is convenient, the grounds are clean, and I've never had any issues with the gates.

I decided to go with Acorn Storage for many reasons, but firstly because of the convenience of location which is near where I live. Sheila was the manager who helped me with my storage rental and she’s very friendly and sweet. She answered all my questions and is always pleasant when I call to pay for my monthly rental. I feel like my personal belongings are safe and the rates and insurance protection are more than reasonable. I will continue to stay with them for these reasons and I’m happy to recommend Acorn Storage and Sheila to anyone looking for a reliable and protected storage facility.?

I've been using this storage for a couple years now. The place is clean and well maintained, the gates work well. The manager is friendly and helpful. The prices are competitive. My experience has been completely positive. The big fire a few years back wiped out most vegetation and fuel around the site in South Medford/Phoenix area (which survived undamaged) so fire danger is low.

Great customer service. I recently was in need of updating my debit card information. The staff was friendly and helpful and the change was super easy to make over the phone. I highly recommended Acorn storage for your extra stuffs. If you've got stuff, they know how to store it!

I've been with Acorn since 2013 and have been amazed at how they have been so accommodating to all of us since the Almeda fires. It took all of us by surprise when Acorn was the sole, remaining business in the area that was not 100% destroyed in the fire and that after the county gave the all clear they were open for business quickly. When their insurance paid to clean the ash and soot from our units so we wouldn't have to do this ourselves and risk illness and taking all the mess home with us it was a huge blessing. thank you Acorn!

I've had a storage unit with these guys for a few years and have never had any kind of bad experience. I absolutely love Gayle...she definitely goes above and beyond!! I know my things are safe with them.
