I usually have no problem here but today they refused to give me this item on sale as advertised. Even after the manger went to check on it. I suggested that he fix the sign if the item isnt on sale and he ignored me.

I am disappointed with the service over the phone I received. I called about an item I was looking for and the attendant was uncooperative and hung up on me. After that the phone would go to voicemail. I will not use 7-11 again for anything.
