The young man that helped me tonight (10-30-14@9pm) had so much knowledge of their products and had by far, the best customer service skills I've ever experienced...EVER!! I will find out his name and hopefully edit this review. Wish I'd had started going in here instead of Sublime before they ran away leaving their customers high and dry...no pun intended but their manager (Damon) was high 100% of the time so...glad 42 degrees is here to pick up the pieces tho! After tonight, this place is the ONLY place I will shop in this town!! Thank you for everything and I will find out your name to give you a huge shout out!!

This shop has such an vast inventory and a laid back vibe. The music is always on point and the customer service is always top tier.
Liz is so knowledgeable about all the products they carry, and made the whole experience fun and easy. Thank you 42 for being the best smoke shop in town.

On June 6, 2024 I swung by looking for a specific coil for my tank that they didn’t have which is OK because the other three shops I went to didn’t have it either, but Shops have them in abundance in the Seattle area as well as Portland, but Medford loves disposables and salt nic, and that’s fine with me. Different smokes for different folks.
However I didn’t leave empty-handed. In fact, I left with more than I thought I was going to. I’m forgetting the gentleman‘s name who is there but what a pleasure. I normally hate going to smoke shops because people are either pretentious or they just seen bothered by your presence.
Not this dude though, he put me on game with some of his favorite products and now I am a fan of them too .
I would travel from as far north as Roseburg Oregon, and as far south as hilt California to come to this place again.
My goofy self lost my Palm pro somewhere in the redwoods, and I was shocked that they had one. Not just one but multiple different colors.
And for what worked out to be the same price buying it online. Go check them out they might have something that you want or something You didn’t even know that you wanted

Went in looking for rogue nicotine unfortunately was not able to find it but was surprised by the selection. They really have something for everyone. Liz behind the counter was super knowledgeable and passionate about the pieces and artists who created them.

I stopped in looking for kratom the other day and was beyond pleasantly surprised! They have a FANTASTIC selection of kratom, beautiful glass and smoking accessories, and everything you could want in a smoke shop. On top of that, Liz is incredibly helpful and just flatout RAD! I will definitely be a frequent flyer here. Thanks for making my experience here so awesome!
