Several missed safety and electrical issues. Issues they did note on their check sheet were not initially reported to us - and had to know to ask for technicians check sheet. Our own mechanic in Salem discovered major safety issues not reported by TNT. I'd rate a -1 if it was an option. Beware. My daughter looked at an Acura at Jim Doran McMinnville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership. Jim Doran dealership wouldn't let her take it out of town to her own mechanic in Salem due to 'we've been burned'. She asked my husband and I for help finding a mechanic in McMinville and we recommended she walk away immediately. She persisted and after not finding any available within the next couple of days she asked Jim Doran Auto again, by phone, to schedule picking it up to take to our mechanic and they said they could get her in at TNT Motorsports, LLC. who the sales rep later the next day admitted that they know Jammie there well. We scheduled w/TNT and we, the customer, paid TNT to inspect the vehicle FOR US. The dealer, a block away, was kind enough to drop off the car for us. TNT noted the howling noise as possible tire noise, leak from pan or rear main seal and a couple of minor things. They also caught that the advertised 2008 was actually a 2005. They couldn't email the full report/check-sheet; however they freely gave the dealer the summary report without asking us - the customer who paid for the inspection. I drove from Salem to look at the car, test drive, and get a hard copy of TNT's full report. TNT's check sheet showed rear break pads were overdue and this was not on the invoice summary they sent us. It also noted the "bearings good" which was not on the invoice summary either. TNT's answers to questions about them giving our report to the dealer were inconsistent. When I asked questions about their findings noted on their check sheet the tech kept redirecting to the things that passed and what was good about the car. After persistent the dealer let us take the car to our mechanic. Driving to Salem on SE Lafeyette Hwy, the rear started to wobble and 'howling' worsened. After 30 min of driving the odor from several leeks and smell of burnt electrical masked by some deodorizer was apparent and validated by the long list of electrical failures noted in the system's memory. The rear bearings being borderline unsafe are the cause of the 'howling'. There were 17 separate code stored in the Multiplexing Control Unit regarding loss of communication to various modules likely due to known issue of water instruction getting to the control module. Driver airbag error. Again - not reported by TNT nor the dealer.

My elderly mom accidentally called this place instead of AT&T and instead of simply telling her it was the wrong number someone got on the phone asking for her credit card number before they could help her. Luckily, the conversation was on speaker phone, so I got on the phone and asked why they needed her credit card information. The person on the phone hung up as soon as soon as they heard my voice. I called the number back and talked to a few people who were not only rude, but dismissive and downright abrasive. Initially, they played d*** and said they had no idea who did that. Eventually the person on the line admitted to it being a joke (sorry buddy, but you have NO future in comedy so stick your day job). I eventually asked to speak to the "owner" and when he got on the phone, he was extremely brash and rude, yelling, "I heard the entire conversation so stop calling here!" He made no attempt to offer an apology for his idiotic co-workers and hung up on me without hearing about what had just transpired. At the end of the day, if you're that bored and have nothing better to do at your job, try spending your time doing something productive or doing something worth promoting a civil society, instead of preying on vulnerable people and being an ***hole. If this is how you treat people who inadvertently call you, how do you treat your customers? Irrespective of whether this was a cheap laugh on their end, it was completely inappropriate and downright wrong! Furthermore, when I asked what they would have done with the information had she given her CC information the person on the phone had nothing intelligent to say. I'll be forwarding this complaint to the BBB. Shame on those who thought this was funny, and shame on the owner for being an in insensible p*****

I am a transplant from another state, so this was my first experience with TNT. I had my bike dropped off due to an electrical issue. Tricky. But they fixed it for a reasonable price and I am very pleased with the bike shop. Thank you Danny.

I’m very disappointed at the way we have been treated. Started off great, they got us right in with my Dodge Durango to run diagnostics on it. Jamie quickly gave us a $600 quote to replace the transmission coolers and lines. For our car warranty we wanted to see if it would be covered, so it was towed to a dodge dealership. After finding out it wasn’t covered we attempted to call Jamie back to schedule a time to drop it off to be fixed. After 10 total times calling TNT and not getting a single call back, we took our business elsewhere. Terrible job on Jamie’s part, and very unprofessional if a wrong quote amount was given. Needless to say we will letting anyone who asks about transmission place recommendations to AVOID this place like the plague. I’d give zero stars if that was a possibility.Service: Transmission

After accidentally having my truck run out of oil (whoops!), I got an oil change done at TNT. They got me right in the following morning. It was a quick and very affordable process! There was no judgement about letting my truck run out of oil (even I deserved it) and all of the employees were a joy to talk to while I waited.

I honestly could not be more pleased with the quality, care, and professionalism I have encountered having my two dirt bikes serviced and taken care of by TNT Motorsports. Working with Danny has been a true pleasure, and I trust him and his staff with any repair and maintenance! No matter how small an issue, Danny and the staff take time to listen, trouble shoot, and provide a solution while remaining extremely competitive and economical in their pricing structure! I used to dread having to find a repair shop for my bikes but TNT has been an answer to my prayers and they have a customer for life! Thank you TNT!

Very competent. At the same time, they charge over $100/hour! I hope that I get everything that I paid for, because I paid twice what I was intending to.
