“Went in to get a few (big) things replaced, which went perfect and done within a day. Upon pickup and leaving the parking lot, I immediately discovered an issue with my braking, making it unsafe to drive home. Not knowing if it was something relating to the work done or not, I voiced my concerns and they told me to leave the vehicle with them while they look into it. They did lots of testing and recalibrating, trying to find the issue. They gave me rides to and from home, stayed late one day, and even brought in an outside tech with a special tools to help diagnose the issue. It turned out to be a faulty sensor, unrelated to the work they did. And after finally finding out the issue, they ordered the part and installed it within a couple hours! I am so grateful and relieved for their dedication of solving the problem.”
