It is a place for affordable clothes, bedding, electronics, and more, with a huge variety of everything from cheaper items to higher end brands. Customers find great deals and great selections with great prices. However, the selection can sometimes be limited, with extremely low stock in some departments, and shelves aren't always well stocked. The store is often messy. A common complaint is that there are very few cashiers, leading to extremely long lines. The staff is always wonderful, polite, super nice, and ready to provide great customer service, with employees who are happy and helpful. Their kindness and personability more than make up for other shortcomings. One noted inconvenience is that customers cannot take their cart to their car.
Was not impressed. The store had a lot of empty spots. Stopped in to look for a new purse and left without anything. They need to get more merchandise in looked very bare to me.
