“I'm very glad I went in to this store to get my new phone. I was welcomed by Sam as soon as I walked in, and he took very good care of me while I was there. He was kind, patient, answered all my questions (and if he didn't know the answer, he immediately found it), and was professional, yet casual (such a great balance - I love Oregon!). He walked me through everything at a comfortable pace: the pricing, options, set up of the new phone, etc. He didn't pressure me at any point during my visit. And for someone who's relatively new to the store and this line of work, I dare say he is already a model employee, based on my experience.
