It's a long month story. Short version to the owner when you don't have the parts and the Vehicle is still drivable (like new) don't have your customers go in a rental or without there Vehicle. Mine was a bumper on a new toyota.
Luke going to the dr look at the patient and then come up with a plan and bring the patient back when your ready to fix it. Don't keep the patient for no reason for a month.
I will say front desk people are very nice that's why it's a 3 star.
As a owner of a business I don't even like to leave bad reviews, but darn it get it together!
They did let me take it home for two weeks after I complained enough. But that should've have happened in the first place.
Please learn from these we are learning every day as no one is perfect

I was having difficulty communicating with the insurance company that was responsible for fixing my car, but the people at J&W Carstar were so helpful in getting them on track to approve the repairs. They did a great job and I am so happy to have my car back!

CARSTAR did a great job fixing my car. The car was clean when I picked it up. My car had a warning light pop up when I first received my car. I notified them and they took care of it right away and all their work is under a warranty. There was some delayed communication when my car was ready. I had to reach out a few times because the status of my car kept changing and I wasn’t always updated. Friendly and helpful staff.
