“Excellent customer service!!! We worked with 2 different gentlemen and they were both very kind, patient and helpful. They were very informative. The first bed we picked, we ended up not liking and wanted to exchange it. My husband and I both work until 5pm and the guys at Encore were happy and willing to work with us even though it was close to closing when we got there. They didn’t make us feel rushed at all. All in all, our experience with Encore has been GREAT!!! We can’t wait to bring our son in to get him a new bed too! Definitely going to be long term customers! The store is very appealing, lots of things to choose from lots of cute ways that it's displayed.
