It's the most affordable option. But I'm really unhappy with how spotty the service is, even with full bars I have phone calls drop frequently in town.

For real, Juzavin Guzman is my HERO!! I had the most difficult/nearly impossible situation come up attempting to port my number over from boost yesterday. Insane. Boost lied, acted like I wasn't a customer. I was about to lose my number I had for over a decade. Juzavin (sorry if I misspelled) absolutely stepped up and went to bat for me. He never gave up. He got it done and saved the day. Wish I could give him 10 stars and a raise.

They weren't able to fix my phone, told me to buy a new, $150 phone but they still wouldn't be able to fix it. If you sell the phone, you should be able to FIX it. I'm disabled and on a fixed income and shouldn't be told I have to spend money that I DON'T have. Very disappointed ‼️‼️

If I could give Rudy and the independent owners a below 20 stars I would, they let another adult pay for my phone bill while I was over the age of 18 and I've reported many many hacks since I ever got my first phone in my life from this company, within the years of using this service stringed with at&t I have experienced beyond horrible, horrific hacking and phone toggling that had at one point driven me to suicide. I will not tolerate the lack of pure privacy I deserve as a human. I want all my money I ever put into that company back.

Let me say Eddy provided exceptional service I had a very difficult transfer from straight talk and he stayed after the store closed till 9 on to make sure I left a happy customer. We need more Eddy's in this world keep up the good work!!!

Best customer service hands down. They help when phones aren't working right. And they make sure and help you find the best phone for you. You can't beat the prices. I left Verizon 6 years ago and have never looked back.
