The manager never talks to anybody. She's always on her phone and she never initiates contact with anyone. I honestly don't think she should be in customer service if she's not willing to talk to people.

My gosh, don't hire people who cannot speak the English language. It makes our lives more complicated than it should be.

It's my local store, i go there multiple times a day. Down side i have bought them out of pabst blue ribbon. Ordering could use some attention. But good store to stop at for drinks, munchies, pipes and the occasional hat.
