I took my car, and they fixed it immediately. They told me that it was a minor issue, and
so they wouldn't charge me any money.
I was very impressed with this person's integrity and transparency. Finally, after insisting, he took money. I feel these kinds of people are very few, and we should value them a lot.
I will recommend this shop to anyone who is reading this.”

“Best Auto Service I’ve Received:
A large unnamed company stated there was oil in my brake system and that they would not touch it. I called Bowers and Robert told me to bring it by and he would take a look before making any decisions on what to do. Robert took the time to look at my vehicle as soon as I got there, explained how there was NOT oil in the brake system, and didn’t try to sell a service (whole system flush and possible rubber replacements). I was not only surprised, but also appreciative of the time and effort Robert put into talking to me about my “problem” without his end goal just to get money out of me. I asked, without any prompting from Robert, if Bowers would be able to change the front rotors, brake pads, and do a flush (as I was due for one anyways). Robert made sure parts were available before giving me a definitive answer and he was ultimately able to take the car that day. Bowers took care of all of my needs same day and was able to take it a step further (as I was at a volleyball game and couldn’t make it back to get the car/pay), and took payment over the phone and staged my car for after hours pick up. I personally have never had customer service to this high of a standard. I’ve work in a customer service type roll for the last 15 years, taken my vehicles to many different auto shops, and have received many services from other types of business’s without the type of service I received at Bowers. This has changed my mind on the auto repair industry as a whole. Bowers has now gained any business that I EVER have in the future. I will be letting everyone I know about them, and I hope Robert gets big kudos (I’d vote for employee of the month). Thank you to Bowers Shop and crew for an amazing experience!!”

Following a horrid experience attempting to purchase a vehicle at Nissan of Portland, I started communicating with the sales team at Chuck Colvin Nissan/Ford on the potential purchase of one of their 2023 Nissan Leafs. Right out of the gate, David Collins offered a fantastic price. When I mentioned that another dealership had come in below David's offer, Rich Germunson, Chuck Colvin's General Sales Manager, not only was able to match it, but beat it by nearly $100. Considering the fact that everyone I spoke with at Chuck Colvin was super responsive and straightforward, I really preferred to purchase from them, so the fact that they were also the lowest offer was the cherry on top. “Best service and price I've experienced in 25 years of RVing. Driving 35' motorhome with Ford Triton V-10 engine when Service Engine light appeared. TNT Motorsports technician performed engine diagnostic test assessed and resolved fuel system problem. Conducted engine inspection and pointed out evidence of rodent infestation, but found no damage to wires or hoses. Explained probable cause for left bank fuel problem and gave advice on preventing potential rodent problem. I was back on the road in less than an hour. Cost was less than half what I've paid my hometown mechanic. Trusted and reliable shop.”
“I brought in a 2009 Nissan Versa with P2119 error, a problem with the throttle. They cleaned the throttle but it couldn't be programmed to relearn the idle air volume. So the throttle body needs to be replaced but also said there might be an issue with the transmission that they can't diagnose without replacing the throttle body. He was upfront that I would need to bring it to Nissan for transmission work.
This is kind of the end of the line after previous extensive repairs and decided not to repair the issue. I was really impressed with Meineke's honesty and respected my decision. They took quite a bit of time to work on it and only charged a small fee for the parts, I'm very grateful for working with them.”

Came in with no appointment. They gave me a ride home, fixed it in a couple of hours.
