My Name is Doc V Wilde and we recently had our Camry Hybrid XLE in their shop for some repairs. Everything was explained to us. The cost of the repairs, and how long it would take.Shilo the owner and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We are taking our Camry Hybrid XLE in on July 15th for some maintenance. We would highly recommend Accu Tech Automotive to anyone who needs service or repairs done on their Automobiles!

I brought my Jeep to Accutech Automotive last year for an electrical issue that I've been chasing. I asked the shop owner, Shilo, if they were competent with diagnosing electrical problems and was assured that they could handle it. I told him that I knew it wouldn't be easy and I wanted them to take all the time they needed to do a good job. Shilo interpreted this as me saying "there's no rush, I don't need this vehicle back any time soon". I checked in with them every few weeks and kept hearing they hadn't figured it out yet. After 99 days, I went into the shop and was told they had only put a few hours into working on my Jeep. They didn't find the problem, even after calling in a mobile mechanic because they were stumped. I finally got my Jeep back after more than three months BUT they did not repair it, they gave me an incorrect diagnosis, they ran a new wire to the fuse box that was being pinched by the fuse box lid, and charged me $477 for their trouble! Plus, they let both of my very expensive Odyssey batteries go dead from sitting for so long so they had to be replaced - AND for some reason they incorrectly rerouted the throttle cable and it almost broke when I pulled out of the parking lot. It's been a year since this happened and I think about it pretty often. This level of incompetence really infuriates me. Accutech Automotive has got to be the worst shop in Yamhill County. Please, do not support these people. Shilo has absolutely no business running a mechanic shop. I should have sued them for ruining my batteries ($500).

I was new to Accu-Tech when I brought daughter's car in for inspection and maintenance. The courtesy, treatment and care about the car were the best and at a reasonable cost.

Just recently y'all installed my aftermarket skid plate on my ranger which completes the look of underneath the truck In a few months back y'all did expensive work to it to make it work and drive again I'm happy with it absolutely no issues at all still daily driving it I want to say thank you too Shiloh and the guys I will still keep coming back as a loyal customer thank you to accu-tech automotive from Tim vanhee

I am a new customer to Accu-Tech, and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff is both extremely friendly and professional. After diagnostics were performed, John (the tech at the front desk) explained completely what was needed to get my truck transmission serviced and back in shape. I felt they were honest and I was confident in their assessment and service at a fair price and that I was not being charged for unnecessary parts.. I will definitely continue to seek their assistance on maintaining my truck

In the pursuit of rectifying my vehicular woe, I conveyed my esteemed Jeep unto the skilled artisans of the repair shop, anticipating a task of considerable magnitude. Endeavoring to discern the malady independently, I embarked upon a course of self-diagnosis, only to find solace in my eventual misjudgment.
With a deft touch and keen insight, the artisans of the shop delved into the depths of mechanical intricacy, uncovering the elusive affliction that had beset my faithful steed. With skillful hands and unwavering resolve, they set about rectifying the matter, restoring vigor and vitality to my beloved conveyance.

Long review, but I need to say how amazing Shilo is. My son is a student at Linfield University. His car broke down and a friend recommended Accu-Tech. Shilo is busy (because people trust him), but within a day he fit us in and found the engine had seized. He honestly could've taken us for some unnecessary repairs, whether on purpose or because he didn't know what was going on. But he knew that the car had engine issues and had an extended warranty. He gave us all the info we needed about the warranty and helped us get the car towed to the dealership in Salem for the work.The dealership took a week to look at the car and then told us it needed $1100+ in repairs not due to the engine (alternator, battery, etc). With Shilo's diagnosis I had them take "another look" and they decided he was correct. They are now in the process of replacing the engine under warranty (BTW, Shilo looked up the repairs they recommended and it would've been about half what they quoted). If we didn't see Shilo we would've spent unnecessary time and money. Bring your car to Accu-tech!

Been to this shop 3 or 4 times. They won't try to sell you repairs you don't need. I have had a lot of work done here. As busy as they are they are very accommodating. Car problems are stressful, my car stress ends when I call Accu-Tech and they say they can get me in. Their rates are very reasonable, always the best quote. All around a great shop with an awesome owner/manager. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and communicates with the customers more than I've seen with any other shop. Shilo is an honest guy!
