Had them work on a old chevy and they got it looking amazing it was even totaled a couple times just a work truck and ended up looking amazing they also found a tom of parts for our older 70’s vehicles that were in great condition with super quick time compared to the other shops in town

Robert and his crew fixed my husband's car after his car was hit in a parking lot. He was able to look at the vehicle and get it fixed all within a 3-4 days. They were very flexible and understood that we needed it fix somewhat quickly as this was a primary vehicle for my husband who commutes to Bend everyday. He was very easy to deal with and even though insurance paid for it they made it a very smooth process. Plus our vehicle looks amazing after the work they did!!! Would refer them to anyone in Madras looking for a auto body shop.

Pacheco's Auto Body went above and beyond fixing up my boyfriends car ! They made sure to communicate with me throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had, the environment was amazing and the staff was very friendly and showed professionalism ! I highly recommend !!

My personal compliments to all of the professionals at Pacheco auto body! I recommend you stop in to see Robert, Lupe and the entire team with your claims. I've had two recent car accidents and brought both here, both being front end body damage. My vehicle was returned in excellent condition and ahead of schedule. They kept me up to date with texts. Lupe and all the techs I met are very professional, answered questions, and attentive to my needs and schedule. From the moment I walked in until the moment I picked up my car from having the work done that it needed, everyone was personable and didn't make me feel rushed with all of my questions. My car is also so much cleaner than when I brought it in, too! Thank you so much for all you’ve done. I highly recommend this auto shop!

Could not recommend this place more!!! We were on a road trip when we started having car issues, so we stopped in without an appointment. Robert was amazing, and he and his brother immediately helped us. Diagnosing and fixing the problem, and then even test driving the car for us after to make sure it was fixed. They did all this without charging us a penny (lugnuts had just come really loose). As a young female who knows absolutely nothing about cars, auto shops can be intimidating and I always worry about being taken advantage of. Robert and his family were so honest and patient with us while making us feel so comfortable. Thank you all again!!
