We had a truck lose a radiator hose north of town about 3 miles.They brought out the parts and we was able to make the needed repairs. This is very unusual for a parts company to bring parts to a road side repair of someone who doesn't have an account or from the area. These people are amazing.Dave Suitter Trucking

If you EVER need auto parts and are in the area of Madras Oregon give their Napa store a shot!! These gentleman are unbelievable!!! We were on our way to Nevada and our RV burned completely to the ground we stopped at the Napa store in Madras after hours and these gentlemen were amazing! Raymond and Jerrod opened up their shop after it had closed and got us everything we needed. We were able to leave our 24ft trailer in their parking lot overnight and as long as we needed until we could find someone to fix everything the fire had destroyed and be able to tow it to our final destination. We didn't pay them anything until the next morning. They are truly a blessing!! When you have lost EVERYTHING you can't imagine how these gentleman's compassion, empathy, and professionalism means. Please, please give them your business if you are in the area. They are beyond amazing. When you have lost all faith in humanity Raymond and Jerrod will restore your faith!!!

Bruh. I place an online order. Go to pick it up. She does everything goes in the back... After a while she comes back and is like "something else?" Like yeah... My 6 spark plugs...Oh that wasn't it... 4 of them were used. Never in all my life have I been sold used spark plugs. I'll never go back!Oh and they pass on the Oregon Corporate Tax as well. Lame.

Very helpful there is a young lady in there that is very smart and very polite and willing to go the extra mile to help the customers to find and buy the correct parts, and if they don't have what you need they will suggest other places you might find it. All in all a very good parts store.

Walked in, seconds later asked by a store clerk if I needed help. Asked if they had a 2000 Toyota Tundra air filter.... seconds later he appears with one. Price was right ($19). Bought it on the spot. Done. Wasn't in the store for more than 5 minutes. Excellent service and by far the quickest auto parts store experience I've ever had.
