Christian is an amazing salesman with great customer service. He has helped me many times. Who likes when it's time to upgrade your phone? I hate it! I have to go into a store and deal with the long process of switching over all my data, not understanding what the sales associate tells you about prices and all the terminology they use. But the first time I stepped foot in the store I was greeted by Christian with a big smile and a friendly demeanor. He was amazing at explaining everything that was happening. I was able to understand my prices and what my bill would look like for how long and when it would change due to the promotions I had. I was never confused about what was happening. Nor did I feel like I was pressured to do anything. Even though he was working with me he was still greeting every person that came in the store, but I never felt like it wasn't my turn. I felt like I could ask all the questions I needed. There have been times that I would go to get a new phone at a store
(not here!) and you feel like they don't want to help you or that they don't like their job. Christian is the complete opposite! He is always smiling and ready to help any time I go in with questions or concerns. As long as Christian is working there I will continue to come back!
Thanks again for everything, Christian!!!! You make electronics buying fun again!!!

Christian is a 10/10! We despise getting new phones but as long as we have Christian in our corner we'll upgrade regularly! I hope he is at this location forever?He made this transition so simple and easy.
