Went to see Chad here. It took me so many shops before I found him. My dog passed away 2 wks ago, and I want a memorial. For some reason, people gave me the run around with times.I tried 4 in Tacoma , and for some reason no go. We came to Pacific City for our Anniversary and decided to check them out here. One wasnt going to work out cause we were leaving the day they had an opening.The other one Black and Blue Tattoo said they had times at 2 pm or 3-3 30. I said we could do 2 and told them what I wanted. Then they TEXTED me back, cause you have to text them and said they would be longer than 2:00. I told them forget it. We saw Xeper Studio and we walked in. Chad was busy with 2 ladies but helped us anyways ...the ladies were nice.When he finished we spoke for a bit and worked out what I wanted. I told him about my dog Jasmine and he put together the tattoo.I can't tell you what a wonderful experience I had. When he finished, I had her memorial, and started crying. It was just what I wanted. If you want someone to do WHATEVER tattoo you want, please go see Chad.If you are a tattoo artist, please please listen to those of us who want to memorialize whomever it is.Chad thank you from the bottom of my heart!! We will see you next year, because my husband and I are going to get matching tattoos!!!

Stopped in from out of town with my family to use the sauna and ice bath. The owner was very nice and accommodating and the sauna and ice bath were great! Would definitely stop in next time I pass through

Me and my dad went to go get coordinating tattoos here! It was my dads first and honestly the best first experience he could’ve had. The pieces came out amazing but the environment really set it over the top! Chad was super welcoming and made us laugh the entire time! my friends, boyfriend and i all came into the tattoo shop and none of us had appointments but we all got tattoos! chad took great care of all of us and we were visiting the area. he made sure we were good along the way and took as many breaks as needed with no complaints. he made sure we were comfortable and the shop has amazing, talented artists. super cool people and art in the shop. will definitely be back next year!Service: Tattoos

These guys are fantastic. Great customer service. Smart, and full of humor. Just great folks. Welcoming and professional. Clean shop and every step was explained. It was my husband's first tattoo, he was put at ease immediately. Ian and Chad were great. We'll be back.
