I recently worked with Jennifer at Wildwood Design Center in Lincoln City, OR and had the BEST experience!
I own a home on the Oregon coast which is a short term vacation rental, but I don't live locally. I wanted to have the carpet replaced at our home in Lincoln City but hadn't even considered the time it takes for carpet to arrive after you order it and finding time on a installer's schedule to get it installed.
I had already called a different carpet store that just didn't think it could be accomplished because of the time it takes for the carpet to get shipped to the Oregon Coast and the amount of customers they already had on their schedule which was booked until August.
Not only was I looking at an impossible timeline but my current carpet has been discontinued so it wasn't as simple as ordering the same exact thing I already have but having to find a new carpet that was similar in texture and color to what is existing. Furthermore I also didn't have time in my busy schedule to go to Lincoln City in person to look at carpet samples and get everything figured out.
I reached out to Jennifer and explained my situation and my unrealistic timeline to have the carpet ordered and installed before the start of my rental season in just 6 weeks (June).
I didn't have very high expectations that she would be able to help me achieve what I needed in such a short timeframe.
First of all I emailed her on a day the business was closed so I didn't expect to hear back from her right away, but she replied to my email very quickly and then followed up with a phone call right away.
After I explained everything she said that if I felt comfortable that we could try and do everything online since I couldn't get to the coast right away and then we could place the order faster and hopefully it would arrive in plenty of time to install.
I sent her the photos, name and color of my discontinued carpet and told her my requirements for the new carpet and she emailed me back a choice that was nearly identical in texture within a few hours and then said I just needed to pick out my color.
I was super fortunate to have been put in contact with an independent carpet installer who went to my home and cut out a piece of my current carpet to take to Jennifer. Once Jennifer got the sample, we were able to fine tune and decide on the right color and she was able to get my order placed right away!
The carpet came in so quickly that my installer was able to move my dates up and have the project completed in plenty of time before my first guests of the season arrive!
Today I went over to the house to check out the new carpet. The new carpet is nearly identical to the old carpet, which I liked a lot so that makes me happy. And the color is also almost identical, but BETTER! I like the new carpet color even better than the old one.
Jennifer is what made this project so successful. Honestly, from the moment I reached out via email she responded to me quickly and jumped in to save the day by being flexible and willing to work outside the box by suggesting that she could take photos of sample carpets in her showroom and email them to me so we didn't have to delay until I had time to drive two hours to go into the showroom. She wanted to help me succeed and get this project done and she made everything feel effortless.
In the grand scheme, my project was small. Just replacing carpet in 3 bedrooms and two stairwells, but Jennifer still made me feel like my project was important and a priority for her. Her level of professionalism is outstanding. I know Jennifer does a lot more than just ordering carpet and even though my project was small and basic, I have a feeling she really knows her stuff and could really help out and shine with bigger design needs.

Great design shop in Lincoln City. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeble and passionate about design. We went in to shop hardwoods and carpet. Wonderful flooring options with a variety of price points. They understand the challenges of beach living and have a good pulse on the local contractors.

My wife and I are owners of a vacation property in the LC area and decided to renovate our flooring, kitchen, and bathroom. Being from out of state, it was very difficult to find anyone to get the work done. Fortunately, we started working with Jen and Maddison who provided us guidance and ideas on everything from the flooring, counters, paint colors etc. They had a group of contractors they worked with who all did a wonderful job. In addition, they were very patient with my wife and me. They put up with my endless questions and my wife's indecision on many of our choices and help guide us through the process. More importantly, when we did have a problem (what renovation does not have them?), they both stepped in and resolved all the issues promptly even though the problems were not the result of anything they did. I can't say enough nice things about working with them.

When we began our remodel journey, we contracted with Wildwood to put in new carpet/floor tiles; new countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, as well as to tile the bath surround downstairs and a new walk-in shower upstairs. They are not the cheapest, but they provided us with great service, dependable and highly skilled installers, as well as expert design advice for our material selections. Jennifer and Keith were also very understanding when we were forced to pause our job for several months because of Covid. We are highly satisfied with the results.

My husband and I had been wanting to remodel our home for over 15 years, but we didn't know where to begin, so we kept putting it off. Then we met Keith and Jen Fowler when they opened their new business Wildwood Design. Jen helped us put all of our ideas in a logical order, and had great suggestions to make our new space exactly what we wanted. Their shop is set up beautifully, with lots of ideas and samples. Jen seemed to know what we wanted before we did, we loved everything she showed us, but never once did we feel she was pushing us to buy their products. Both Keith and Jen went out of their way to make the whole experience stress free, they did all the leg work and we get to enjoy the final beautiful product. Thank you Wildwood Design!

We did an extensive remodel of a beach house in Lincoln City. Lori and Jeniffer held our hands through the whole process, which was especially helpful since the remodel was 'long distance'. They were instrumental in helping us chose our appointments and flooring that are both beautiful and durable. They went well above and beyond in accommodating our needs. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

Jennifer has an incredible eye for design, color, and style and makes the design process enjoyable, especially for people like me who have 4 million ideas from Pinterest. She listens and simplifies your ideas, and the outcome is fantastic. Best in town!

Jennifer and Keith are amazing. We visited them to price some plank flooring for our new location. Jennifer was super knowledgeable about her products. She has a spectacular eye and actually showed us a carpet sample just for fun that she thought might be a good fit. We loved it so much, we completely abandoned our original ideas and went with her suggestion. We also got a beautiful entry rug from Wildwood. Keith and Jennifer set us up with a fantastic installer as well.

While remodeling is often a drawn out and frustrating experience, Jennifer and Keith made it a real pleasure. From flooring to lamps, cabinets, countertops, bathroom fixtures, furniture to art and accessories, Jennifer helped us each step of the way with an amazing result! Jennifer's design selections and remodel guidance were detailed, well planned and affordable. Her assistance in sourcing local reputable contractors and assisting with a construction timeline was invaluable! She helped keep us informed at each step of the remodel process, which for us was essential given that this is a second home and we actually live in Seattle. Keith also was amazing in his attention to detail and his technical guidance. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and their support in assuring the project came in on budget and on time! I would recommend their services to anyone, with any project large or small! What a great find in Lincoln City.
