Thank you Alvaro, I think that was their name. I was waiting in line to pick up a delivery that wasn't able to complete. It was my anniversary gift for my gf so I was a little annoyed that there was an issue getting it on time. But as I'm waiting in line, this employee came from the back when they saw me and helped me super smoothly. They were very polite, quick, and efficient. A lot of employees can be tunnel visioned with tasks, so I recognize employees who are self aware of their environment/needs all around the business and quick to react and this was 10/10. The fact they noticed from the back and didn't ignore me really surprised me. Anyways, enjoy the 5 star rating, and keep them around. They are an employee to invest in.

Sent a small package first class so that way it would arrive on a certain day. Package got miss placed before it even left and is running super late. They wouldn’t pick up the phone and kept putting me on hold and dropping the call. Horrible service.

Mailed a priority box at 1030 on Tuesday, 7/12/24 and the package didn't leave the facility until 0930 on 7/13/24 almost a full day later. This package needed to arrive. And Lincoln City Post Office failed again. We miss you Delmer!

I cannot express enough how horrible this post office is. Frankly, I do NOT think they even care at all what happens to people's mail. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! How long does someone have to endure the stress and financial loss before the Lincoln City, Oregon, post office will actually get off their butts, do their jobs correctly, and fix this issue?
I have lived at my address for over 10 years. My wife has lived here even longer than me. We never had an issue with our mail until about a year ago. We used to get a lot of mail daily, and then all of a sudden, one day, we noticed we were hardly getting any mail. We didn't think anything of it until about 4 to 6 months ago.
I went to the DMV to get my Real ID and to get my motorcycle endorsement. I waited for the 20 days and still did not get it, so I went to the DMV just for them to tell me that my license had been returned to the DMV marked as undeliverable. WHY????? When I went to our local post office, all they would tell me was it was human error. Since then, we have had several of our packages and mail from family sent back to them. One day, my wife checked the mail, and we had someone’s IRS tax paperwork in OUR mailbox. The messed up thing is it had THEIR address on it, nowhere close to what our address is, and they put it in our box. For real? We had to take it back to the post office and explain that this is not right—they are opening up for anyone to get identity theft. NOT everyone is honest and would return mail that was wrongfully delivered to the wrong house in the first place.
Now, every time the DMV has to resend my license, I have to pay $60. The Lincoln City, Oregon, post office has cost me $200 because they can't seem to get their crap together and keep sending people's mail back, or they deliver it to the wrong address. WHEN IS ENOUGH ENOUGH? How long do I have to pay for THEIR mistakes?

We have nothing but issues with this post office. We can not even get our mail yet We always get other people's mail that don't even have our address on it it goes to a completely different address 3 miles away. Even if you complain and let them know nothing gets done about it. Worse post office ever!

60% of the time it's a struggle to get our households own mail, but we always get people's who don't live there, and then it's a struggle to get the situation fixed. A couple of my neighbors have expressed that they have the same issues with this as well...

Lazy and ineffective for package delivery. In the 7 months I have used lincoln city post office, they have sent back 5 packages as undeliverable when FedEx and ups have no issues. It is driver laziness??? Bad management??

Good luck getting your deliveries when they handle the last leg of a package even with the correct address. UPS, Amazon trucks, and other delivery companies are able to deliver packages just fine to us repeatedly in Lincoln City as needed... Just not USPS.

This is the worst post office in all of the United States of America. They will not deliver packages if the wind is blowing. They come up with random excuses as to why your mail is not being delivered. When you go to pick up your mail, they cannot find it even with a tracking number. They throw your mail into a random boxes inside of the post office and they are lost and then sent back to wherever they came from. I suggest never using this post office in Lincolncity and using a PO Box only. Their hours are garbage and they are on available on weekends . They do not answer any customer calls or complaints. They are incompetent beyond belief!!!!!I am never not experiencing issues and I they can care less about their customers. AWFUL <5 stars if i could

Worst post office ever. I’ve had two packages returned to sender because apparently my house number does not exist. The house I’m in is clearly marked! I literally waited outside for the usps truck because I was supposed to get a package and they never even came!!! But my tracking said that my house number does not exist and my package was returned to sender! I’ve never had these issues before! Please hire some competent people!!!

Failed to deliver a package and listed my residence as vacant, when I was currently living there and was home all day-- they sent my package back to Florida for some reason and when I called the Lincoln city post office to get the situation resolved, no one picked up the phone at all. Ended up losing quite a bit of money due to lack of effort on delivery services from USPS. Unprofessional and unhelpful, I hope they improve their due diligence of their carriers in the future.
