The products and prices here are good. But the service is utterly terrible. I felt unwelcome in the store, the manager kept looking over at me as if I was going to steal something. While I'm sure they have trouble with this, my girlfriend and I are not thieves we were just visiting the area. I wanted to get something shipped to me and the manager told me that "it was not worth the owner's time to have an employee ship a customer anything". They also refused to provide any further contact information, like a business email, phone number, owner contact information, or any other contact information whatsoever. You can only reach them by phone and its not answered that much.
I was planning on doing a business deal with them and buying a bunch of products in bulk to help them out. After my visit, I tried to contact this company several times because I was curious about a product and had very little success reaching them. There is no contact email, and their facebook has only automated messages and they don't respond there. There is no voicemail box for the phone line and the phone is not always answered.
When someone finally did pick up the phone, not only was I treated rudely, but I was hurried off the phone because there were customers in the store. It was as if my business was not important and my questions as a customer were not important at all and a low priority, if they were a priority at all. The answers I got to my questions were dismissive and unhelpful. Their website also doesn't offer the same products as the in person location - I asked them to list an electronic product online so I could buy them up in bulk and have them shipped to me, but this was denied. I asked if I could pay them to ship a product to me ( I pay full shipping and compensate them for their time, and this was denied ). The manager told me that it wasn't worth the owner's time to have an employee ship a customer anything. Overall this was a poor experience. If I'm in the area again I'll visit the store, but working with them over the phone was a bad experience, even though I tried to treat them with a great deal of respect and politeness.

Avoid this place and check your bank statements to make sure that you haven't had any fraudulent charges applied to your account if you used a card at Tools and More.It's happened to me, I didn't give my card to anyone else prior to my shopping experience.Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
