I like going here to buy jeans and shirts sometimes. They have good quality materials and good options to choose from. They have jewelry, cologne, men's, women, underwear, socks, accessories. They staff is usually very upbeat and helpful. Except they're usually naive young people.

I love the rue21 Parfum collections. Etc...... smells so delicious to me, plus sometimes they have Rugrats and Rock-Os Modern Life t-shirts.
