“Gage was a super hero this week! I had a microphone problem on my iPhone and I had previously had tech-savvy friends - in addition to employees at an AT&T store in WA - try to fix it; no luck.
I stopped by the Lincoln City store and asked for help. Gage took fewer than 5 minutes to find the problem and fix it. What a star! I was impressed, to say the least. I am happy that AT&T has super stars like Gage working for them.”

“My mom's cell phone went over the rainbow bridge, so I had another shipped to her and we went into the Verizon store to get her new one set up. Colby was helping us and was amazing!! There was another employee there who my mom interacted with in the past, that was absolutely awful, thankfully he's no longer there, but Colby is!! We were in and out quickly and had some laughs while we were at it. The atmosphere was relaxed and professional.”
