Wow! I am so sorry that everyone on here had such bad experiences. I have been using H&R Block for over 23 years now and I have used the Lincoln City office for most of them. I have always been treated with the upmost respect and courtesy, the hours were as posted, my appointments were always on time. I never had to wait and I also frequently over the years came in as a walk in and was generously accommodated. My tax returns have always been accurate and any time I had extra needs during the year, my tax agent was available and accommodating! I just want to say thank you to the Lincoln city office and especially Cassie, Who always goes above and beyond the call of duty and Kelly who has been incredibly helpful as well.
